I hired this company to remove raccoons from my attic, I told them that it sounds like theres raccoons with babies or multiple raccoons in my ceiling because it sounds like they fight at night or some kind of party going on in my roof to where I cant even sleep. They came out, assess the situation and said that it would be $595 to remove the raccoons $140 to seal up two holes and an additional $200 for cleaning up in the attic. I told them that that was a lot just do the removal of the $595 and I will seal the hole up once they are removed. He then told me that they cannot warrantee if the raccoons come back after theyve been removed I told him as soon as they remove them. I will seal up the two holes myself, they werent happy with that they wanted the whole job. He called his boss and ***** told him to give him a call once hes outside by himself. He then proceeded to come back inside and said OK they will put repellent in the ceiling and set a cage outside and come back in two days the following day the cage caught a raccoon. I told him I dont think that might be the same one because throughout the night and morning it was still noise up there the same way as it has been , he said OK I am going to him release the raccoon 15 miles away and come back and reset the trap. He did not so I called him the following day and said you never came back. He said his boss ***** told him not to come back because I didnt give him the job of securing and cleaning up after so I told him that theres still raccoons in my ceiling which is what I paid for you guys to do *********. The technician said call ***** and speak to him about it but thats what he was told to do so after $600 my problem is still exist. Please help!Business response

paid $2500 to get rid of my pigeons and they told me the process... they did 1/4 the work and installed netting very sloppily... ***** the manager is a get paid if you ask questions they don't finish and get out... the netting is not installed in a way that is professional or durable... one photo of several places where it was installed... they said the poison would be there for weeks and it was there less than a week and was put ** in ****** pans with duct tape that fell down in one day. we have as many pigeons today as before they came...
