      I hired this company on 1/3/2023 to fix a ******* washer and dryer in one of my rental properties. The repairman who spoke with me on the phone said that he needed a credit card to get a quote of the parts needed. I gave the credit card number but also asked for an invoice which he said he would email me but never did. Weeks later, I asked about the part and was told that it would be installed and that the office would charge my credit card over the phone and provide me with a receipt for the charge of the parts that were ordered. After the repairman supposedly went to the house on 1/20/2023 to install the parts, I again asked for an invoice and/or receipt, something in writing, but have still not received anything one week after the repairman said that the parts were installed. I was also told there was a one year warranty and was told this would be in writing but they are not providing me with anything written which I need for my tax records.

      *** sent her the receipt a total of seven times I just sent it to her again heres a copy of the receipt that works been completed. Theres nothing wrong with the machines Im not sure why shes not receiving my emails. *** confirmed the email address with her husband last Friday and resent it then as well. This is an erroneous complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because: I called, texted, and emailed a request for an invoice and/or receipt for several weeks. It was only after filing this BBB complaint that the receipt was emailed to me. It was not emailed any time prior to this. This was a valid complaint but now that the receipt has been received, I am dropping the complaint.

      Our dryer control k*** would not turn on dryer. Kingdom Appliance sent a repair man ****. **** said it was the dryer overheated and melted the control timer. The reason this happened was due to the vent hose needed an elbow. The elbow would stop the dryer vent from being creased. The k*** was replaced on 11-28-22. I contacted Kingdom and told dispatcher an elbow was NOT installed on vent pipe. **** the repair man called and he said he would look into it. I feel without installing the elbow the problem will happen again.
