I found Will Howard Construction on BBB. I'm grateful they took my job. My water heater leaked and It ruined my kitchen. Needless to say, I needed a new kitchen. Once the sheetrock was finished, they painted, replaced my ceiling fan with Led lights, installed cabinets, countertops & moldings. They kept me informed when my cabinets were shipped, when they arrived. Installed them as soon as they arrived. They did a beautiful job in my kitchen. I highly recommend them, polite, personable, professional.

Do not hire these people! They don't show up when they say they will, for days on end. The quality of the work is horrendous! They totally misrepresent their abilities. Quality is an interesting way for them to describe their services...they are anything but. We are tearing out what they did and having it redone but they are still charging us for their shoddy work. The office is non-responsive and always has an excuse, phones weren't working, was out of the office and just got your message...2 days later! I am so sorry I ever spoke to these people! The quote included them supervising the project and they never show up for any of the work being done to supervise. The subs I worked with say they can't get paid for the work they do. And I found out that while they charge a 20% surcharge for admin and profit, they are also marking up the quotes from the subs, double dipping and overcharging.

overall they did a good job. however, they installed a sub-par window. details: we contracted for an enclosure to our condo patio. the project called for a new hurricane grade, low-e window. what was delivered and installed was a window he found at a manufacture location that was built 6 years ago(2016), left outside and dirty. i questioned Will directly and he said "well you have a xx year warranty" i directed him obtain a newly built window as i don't want to deal with a warranty as the window could go bad anytime. I even did NOT get any warranty paperwork so i have go guarantee of a warranty, who to call or time period. Will allowed me to withhold $1000 as a binder and he promised, saying "I am a man of integrity". I wanted to withhold $3000 but gave in after our conversation and trusted him to come through. now I hear he says the project is over and he installed what was required saying he wanted to stay within budget. I was given no option to pay more or anything. he just promised the window would be replace. don't trust them to install brand new anything.

Will Howard Construction's (**********) tagline is a joke! “Quality Delivered On Time”. We are in the midst of a 2BR/2Bath, 1300 sq ft condo renovation from H*** that was contracted 11 months ago & has resulted in us being out of our home & staying in costly Airbnbs for 7 months now with no end in sight! Our experience has been that WHC will promise the world at the time of sale in order to get the job & then have excuse after excuse as to why everything is done wrong & needs to be redone, ultimately further pushing your project out. You will need to GC your own project when the husband-and-wife team ghost you, regardless of how many times you reach out & beg for firm schedules and updates. Then when they do respond, the schedule will go out further due to rework that has to be done because of shoddy workmanship! After firing & hiring multiple Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Drywall subs & a change of the Project Manager (thank goodness that happened or we would be farther behind) they will attempt to recoup their losses by submitting inflated "Change Orders" resulting in continual price creep far exceeding your initial budget! Additionally, it is WHC’s common practice to change the contractual invoice payment terms by submitting invoices & then demanding that you pay immediately or they will stop work! They will have no remorse for the "living hell" they are putting you through and all-the-while treat you in a condescending manner as though the delays are your fault. HEED THE WARNING & think long & hard before contracting with Will Howard Construction!!! Save your time, money & MAJOR AGGRAVATION!!!

So glad we found Will Howard Construction. Their approach to our projects and the advice and suggestions are invaluable. The first item they solved was our serious clerestory window leak. Their organization is so easy to work with, we wouldn't go anywhere else with our remodel to-do list.

Excellent customer service with great attention to detail. Would recommend Will to anyone looking to remodel.
