American Hero Construction replaced my roof in December 2020. The replacement was unbelievable. A.H.C. Had a very hard time getting anyone from A.H. They finally came out multiple times for repairs on my roof. In the process I had property damage, garage door l, leak in my garage ceiling. Damage to all my existing gutters. A.H.C. had a third party come and replaced my gutters. ***** ******* did a horrible job. They damaged split my 1x2 behind gutters. The brand gutters are dented, down spouts don't completely go in the drain, the down spouts are not straight and more. They hired a new company in Dec 2021 to replace my gutter, but the company could not replace my 1x2s behind the gutters since the drip edge would have to be replaced. Order to do so, my roof has to be replaced. I spoke to Romney L., Dave S. and multiple people. All have dropped the ball. I have spoken to the owner Tyron C. He used the phrase, "it's all jacked up". He said he wants to get the issue taken care of. As of today, May 4, 2022 there has been no contact from Tyrone C. the owner. He has no intention in resolving issue. My nails on my roof are popping. I have a very bad roof job. If you don't want a head, I would not hire this company. They are unprofessional, and liars.

American Hero Construction has been helpful and compliant in every way possible. We have answered all your calls and messages and even made several trips to your property to speak with you. You sat down with one of the owners of the company, Steven F., and compiled a list of problems. American Hero Construction fulfilled all the problems on said list and satisfied everything under our Labor Warranty. After all was done and resolved, the only remaining issue was the Manufactures Defect with Owens Corning. We helped you through the process of fighting for a full roof replacement with Owens Corning, which you received. As we have explained to you multiple times before, it is their responsibility to replace your roof and the gutters are a part of that. We are not going to be financially responsible to for detaching and resetting the gutters when this is not our problem to resolve. American Hero Construction has been nothing short of helpful and professional in every way and we do not appreciate you saying otherwise.

A.H.C hired a third party to replace my damaged gutters. They hired Tiger Gutters to replace the gutters that A.H.C. roofers destroyed. Tiger Gutters came out and replaced my gutters. They splitted the 1x2s, dented the new gutters, and some of the gutters aren't even attached to any wood. My down spouts are not straight. Tiger Gutters said they are not responsible since AHC hired them. My original gutters were in better shape than the replacement from Tiger Gutters. AHC who is responsible for the botched gutter job? I should have checked with the BBB before having my roof replaced. I should have listened to my neighbor that had his roof replaced 4 months prior to my roof. He only had issues as well with his gutters that AHC replaced. His gutters fell off his house within 2 weeks.

Again, who is responsible for my blotched job on the gutters in my house???
