Had a alarm system and surveillance system from this ** since ****, multiple upgrades over ****** spent with them, my dvr went out about 5 months ago, multiple calls to them to **me they **uld not **me,told me to take out bring to them, they never returned about 15 phone calls.I had to go out myself and buy all ring cameras.Then the huricanne hit our area i flew down from nj 12 days after i called to get info cause alarm was acting up do to elec being outIcalled left messages on emerg line at least 4 days in a row no call backs, then put a voice mail stating all employees are tending to there homes they will get back to us,, this is a security **mpany!! So i made a post on cape forum how they stunk and what they done, then that night 930 pm someone called from them and stated i seen your post and we are going shut you off, ON the first of nov they took a payment from my cc and then they sut my system down, no lettter or email just shut off now don't even know if ac working cause it all tied in to alarm.**m. I have no alarm system right now and i am in nj.Business response

********************** Facts are incorrect.
Maybe 2 Evenings after Hurricane ***, ****************** Posed on ************ his perspective on My Company. This ************ Post was brought to my attention by another Client.
I did call ****************** around ***** in an attempt to address his perspective, and I was immediately met with Hostile words toward My Company, My Team and Myself.
I told ****************** on that phone conversation that Our Clients are a Priority and that we had limited staff at the moment, hence our IVR Recording on our Service Line and he will be put on our Service List (as with Most contractors in ********** for 2 ********** Hurricane ***, he continued to call me names and threw obscenities at me on that conversation.
I said to him "******************, in light of this behavior, I will not continue doing business with you, and you will have to find another Company to Service your Needs" after my statement he continued with obscenities and I chose to hang up the phone at that moment and did waht i said I would, which is canceling his services.
****************** did not get the response from me that he expected which caused him to spiral in an abusive manner toward my team, company and myself (****************** did send me a DM on ******** attached), I will not tolerate any unjustified Abuse or Defamation Attempts toward my team, my company or myself.
It would seem that the Defamation Attempt on ************ did not work out to his expectation, therefore he is attempting the BBB ******************************* Team as well as myself had every intent of helping ******************, BUT when he started with the Abuse we made the Decision to part ways with this client.
We have no interest as this is our Choice to continue to service *******************All monies due to ****************** has been refunded.
Our Team and Myself wish ****************** all the best in his future endeavors and we hope that his Family and Home faired well thru Hurricane *******Good Day!
