      We were refunded the jet ski rental money. But we spent approximately $22 for the boats licenses I was wondering if we would get compensated for that as well? We got overbooked. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a ride. even though i was told if i went to a different location i could get on right away. my ride was only supposed to be 3:00-4:00pm. I had other commitments planned for the day. So i couldnt stay much beyond 4 oclock. They even told us I would only wait 10 minutes for the next jet ski. 10 minutes turned into 1 hour 30 minutes. I paid for the Boats license only to ride the jet ski, which I couldnt even ride due to there being fewer jet skis yesterday. And I paid an extra hour for parking at the *******, only to ride jet skis. it messed with our schedule yesterday as it was our last day on Vacation Me and my brother were the only group that waited. Everyone else was riding and enjoying their day. We also booked 4 hours in advance over the phone, and at that time they didnt mention anything about hurricane complications.I booked at 11am that day for a ride at 3:00pm. That is 4 hours in advance. I made it to my appointment on time and somehow still not enough jet skis? Everyone (5 other people) in our cohort got to ride. Me and my brother were forced to wait by the employee, ******, saying the wait will only be ***** minutes when the other group will be done. Afterwards to resolve this situation, the rental company had said rude things to me and my family, made us wait under the sun, blocked our communication. I requested responses from them and they have ghosted me. Building up excuses that werent even relevant to that day. They sent me to 2 different locations, promising I can start on time. Once I got to the new location, they still made me wait 1.5 hours. Ridiculous because they knew I was coming 4 hours in advance, and they cant compensate me back for the License they required which ended up not being used.We paid for 2 licenses; $10.35 each

      Hello,

      This trip was refunded due to the fact that customer was not happy with the services. This refund was made by Wet Rentals & Tours. 

      Unfortunately, for the boat test fee's, this is done thru a 3rd entity which we have no control over. If the customer would like a refund, he must contact the 3rd party

      as he was already advised numerous times by our team members. The 3rd party company details are in the email he was provided by that entity.

      We at Wet Rentals & Tours did everything we could to settle this situation with everything that was in our control.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      That same 3rd party company told me no already. That option is closed. 

      The $20 fee must be compensated from your own pocket. There is a difference between refund and compensation. 

      Im not even mentioning the 2.5 hours of my day that was lost as well.
