I have been getting emails from this domain for over a month now. Our account with ********** was up for renewal, and I had already gone and done what I needed to do for renewal directly on the ***.gov site. I have been getting daily emails of "final notice" from another domain, and now today I received a text through my business line that says: "URGENT *** FINAL RENEWAL ALERT: ********************** EQUIPMENT CO. | CAGE: 52KJ6 | Missing Capability Statement | Deactivation Notice Stay Compliant | Call ************** or visit **********************************************************************$9dab Reply STOP to Unsubscribe. Thanks, SAM Support"Just for giggles, I logged back on to the .gov website. As I suspected, my renewal is in good standing, with an expiration date of sometime in 2025. These scam sites are nothing but a nuisance to me, but I want to make everyone else aware that they are scams so they don't get stuck.

I cant apply for government contracts and its hindering my businesses growth. I have been trying to open another account with ********** for about a year. I had an account with them, they told me I had to close it in order to change my bank account information. I closed it and now I cant open another account. If I wouldve know this would be the case, I wouldve kept my account open. They said they were going to have someone contact me to help me with it. I havent been contacted from them.

I am Executive Director of a non-profit. I was trying to renew my ***.gov account. This is a regular requirement for ***.gov. Within days of inputting new data on the ***.gov website (the official government website), my accounting officer and started getting emails from ************************************** Concerned that this might be ***.gov, or an authorized contractor, I called samsupportcenters. They described an apocalyptic situation with the ***.gov website and said it could be months before my renewal was processed. The telephone answerer at samsupportcenters.com never stated that they were a third party attempting to make money from unknowing ***.gov *********** They offered to charge hundreds of dollars to renew my ***.gov ******** account. Most troubling, the samsupportcenters.com telephone answerer explained that public agencies in ******** were in dire straights because of ***.gov's ******** and incompetence at renewing ***.gov accounts. The samsupportcenters.com telephone person stated that critical federal funding wasn't coming through to ******** agencies and hadn't in up to a year. I followed up and learned that this was a complete fallacy. First: How is samsupportcenters.com getting ***.gov ********* information within days of filing a ***.gov application. Second: Why is this agency allowed to lie to private organizations desperate for payments from the federal government. Contrary to samsupportcenters.com's lie, ***.gov renewed my account before expiration, and they did so at ZERO cost.

To whom it may concern, For the past last weeks I have applied with ********** I simply have been trying to register my company with ***.gov I have many tickets. The problem is I am the secretary of state and they can view me on sunbiz.com. I filled out the application with my current information and also uploaded my business license. I received an email stating that I need to verify my business. The problem is that I uploaded that information for my business before submitting the documents. That tells me that whoever ever reviewing my information isn't doing their job. I haven't begun the real process. until I get a code to be able to finish the process. I was told that it would take 10 days. We are going into another month. I call asking for a supervisor but was denied. All I would like to do is to get my business on the right train. It is absolutely disgusting that a government agency allows such nonsense. Yet the government "promotes" small businesses. A simple registration...that's all. I've submitted all necessary documents etc. I have a record of the tickets etc. No one reads the tickets, they just close them out. One could only imagine how frustrating that is. ********** must do better. I look forward to this matter being resolved ASAP. In the meantime, I am going to continue to send complaints to every government agency and official I know to shine some light on this matter that is serious to me and the economy. I will get my Federal state representative to review the practices there.

To whom it may concern, For the past 9 months I simply have been trying to register my company with sam.gov. I have over 20 tickets. The problem is that the tickets are being closed and checked off as resolved when nothing is actually being doing. I have spent countless hours on the phone (mostly on hold) trying to accomplish something that should not have even taken a month. Sam.Gov has undeniably hindered the growth of my small business considering I deal with government grants and contracts. It is absolutely disgusting that a government agency allows such non-sense. chat agents are not answering questions like real human beings, i asked for prior record information and they refuse to give it to me. It should not be legal to keep a business entity record registration date from a business they are NOT helping with my problem and it is costing me 1.5 million dollars in grant money for my rural community. absolutely ridiculous and unamerican

Samsupport.net is a scam, run by criminals. They take consumer's money, and do nothing that they promised on their website. They are thieves. I have tried to opt out of their service multiple times. I am no longer registered with SAM & I am not longer registered with Dun & Bradstreet, They refuse to take my personal address off of their website. Their "support services" never reply to any request sent in, probably because they don't actually exist. Emails to the email address listed can't be delivered. All are returned. This is a scam operation run in Florida by criminals. I do not want my name & address associated with them. If the Clearwater BBB won't resolve this, or can't resolve this - I'll go to the Florida attorney general's office with a complaint.

In 2/2022 I logged on to Sam directory to sign up for services, not realizing this was not Sam.gov until the end of the application when I was asked for $597.00 to proceed. Included in my application process they ask for a signed notarize Designation of Entity Administrator which I provided. I call and the company would not grant me the request to cancel my application. I then email and received acknowledgment my application was granted. I asked for a signed, document revoking my designation of entity , by placing the word VOID on the document signing and return to me. I do not authorize Sam Directory to do anything in my behalf. The receptionist would not give me the physical address to the company. She stated she was not allowed as it is private information, I was mislead in the advertisement and request the returned Designation of Entity Administration for my business Phillips Notary & Signing Agent be marked "void" and return.
