      They took $600+ from my personal checking account. They forged checks using counterfeit manufactured fake checks. I have tried to talk to them but all you get is a call center speaking broken english and they will not transfer you to accounting. I have sent emails and they never answer.

      They took 41.27 out of my account I never give them Permission to take why are Companies aloud to take money the way they do why are they aloud to make they own checks on people account I think banks should stop this so it would not let Criminals get ur money if u stop These practices people would not loose money this way

      Savers Club LLC is a terrible horrible no good very bad business should **** their job because they are ******* how steal your money from your bank account and they don't want to answer any of your questions they should know that is against the law again they are ******* how should not be allowed and trusted with your money that is all I have to say about Savers Club LLC

      If I could give 0 stars I would. In the last 2 weeks this company has printed checks with my name spelled wrong but they have ma account number I don't know how but have sent 4 checks through since the first of zjuly totaling $129.77. I never heard of them they have the reason is for customer service. My bank is returning all the checks and I am filing a police report.

      This business and two others, Savers Club LLC, and ID Guard LLC, which I believe are all run by the same group of bad actors. Upon review of my business bank statements after being asked by my bookkeeper, I came across three (3) recurring monthly charges in the form of preauthorized "checks": Doc Chat LLC, 5/8 Charge $39.95, 6/6 Charge $39.95, Savers Club LLC 5/7 Charge $41.27 and 6/5 Charge $41.27, ID Guard LLC, 4/5 Charge $3.49, 4/30 Charge $44.99, and 3/30 Charge $44.99. All with very similar account numbers and customer service numbers. These charges totaled $255.91. I first called the Doc Chat LLC 888 number and the person who answered ended up referring to all 3 companies when I asked who they were and why are they debiting my checking account? The person started to explain about all 3 companies and was trying to convince me that I signed up for these services. I just told the person how to make these stop, and the person "cancelled" all 3 and gave me a confirmation number. When I asked for a credit for all these charges, the person said they can't do that because I was given the opportunity to cancel during my "trial period." The odd thing was that they had my business checking information including business address, but the mobile number was my personal one. I told the person I'm very sure that I do not give up my business checking information for anyone not in business with us. After cancelling my account to stop future debits, I requested a credit for all the charges. The person couldn't do that because apparently, I "signed up" for it. Again, going in circles. I am most careful of scams and this one certainly is one I'd warn you about. To this day I don't know how I ended up with these companies.

      Savers Club LLC wrote themselves a check for $41.27 from my bank account. I have no knowledge of this company.. I dont know how they got my bank account information. I called them and they refused to refund the money. Please help stop them from fleecing other victims.

      Like the other 3 complaints listed here my wife was scammed. The have fraudulently submitted two charges on our account and won't refund the money. I asked them to stop any future charges after the first one and they agreed. They are operating under the names of ID Guard and **********************. Their toll free number is nothing but a marketing pitch. Their responses below show they admit to the accusations but offer no recourse. I am going to research and see if there is a ********************** this group can be reported to.

      Since filing my first comment a week ago this group has put through another fraudulent charge on my bank account. The comment above is their standard answer and they do nothing to rectify the charges.

      I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother. I believe she was taken advantage of by this business and two others, Doc Chat LLC, and ID Guard LLC, which I believe are all run by the same group of bad actors. I have had to take control of my mother's finances as she is elderly and no longer able to do it on her own. Upon review of her bank statements, I came across three (3) recurring monthly charges in the form of pre authorized "checks":Doc Chat LLC, Charge $29.95.Savers Club LLC, Charge $31.27.ID Guard LLC, Charge $34.99.All with very similar account numbers and customer service numbers.These charges occurred between September 25, 2023 and March 4, 2024, totalling $420.03.When I called these numbers to cancel the accounts, all three had the same hold music, and two of them were answered by what sounded like the same person, who put me on hold for 7-8 minutes before the call was disconnected.The person who answered the third call attempted to offer a free gift, which I refused, when I requested to cancel the account. The person then informed me that they were already aware of my calls to the other two businesses, and proceeded to cancel all three accounts (so they claim) with a cancellation number.I will be filing the same report for the other two "businesses", if possible, not to recover the money, but to get the information out there, to hopefully prevent other vulnerable people from being victimized.Thank you.

      Scammed my mom twice! They won't refund money. They say they have a phone recording of her agreeing to the charges, but won't share it with me. My mom denies it and says she thought she was talking to her bank. They always come in threes and use ACH made checks using 3 different corporations. This time was Savers Club, International Readers LLC, and ID Guard. They are all connected because in one call I was able to stop all 3 subscriptions.

      The are a group of people that try to scam people out of monies. I tried getting a phone recording from them and then an email, they said they couldn't send it to me. Watch this company.
