I have plenty of photos to support this documentation. Visit 1. on installation day, one of the bathroom countertops was not what I had ordered, they took it back & ordered the correct one 2. a few weeks later installed it. I showed installers that the kitchen countertop was flaking along all the edges. They said, "never seen anything like that"3. came out to repair it but because it was too big a job and they didn't have the tools for it, asked me to reschedule 4. when they came back they told me they would recommend to the owner that the countertop be removed and repaired or replaced at the shop because it would make a mess of the home. They also said the countertop should never have left the shop this way, it was a fabrication and quality control issue.5. the owner did not want to repair/replace it at shop and said that it could be done in my home and sent two different men out to repair countertop. they draped my kitchen and cabinets in plastic and after 9 HOURS of sanding, scrapping, drilling, filling and polishing, my newly renovated home was covered in fine dust and flakes of glue - on my backsplash, in my dishwasher, in my cabinets and draws, under cabinets, appliances, living and dining rooms - and my floors were covered in dried glue with dust stuck to it. After I spent two days over Easter weekend cleaning they told me they would pay for a cleaner.6. also brackets under countertop were not installed correctly. They came out a 6th time! when the plaster dried there were cracks and holes all over. Now they want to come out a 7th time to have that repaired - finally I said no, no more. I will hire and have to pay someone to repair it.This project was started in January and in April still is not complete. I've had a mess to clean numerous times, took time off from work and have given them WAY too many chances to make it right! Owner (and I) should listen to his people who knew from the start that all this would happen!Business response

Per Florida State State statute, all contractors a allowed to remove, replace or repair any work that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We also are reserved the right to be paid in full for the project upon its completion. There are no covenants that allow for homeowner to receive a discount for time to make project satisfactory. The statue also specifically sates that once a contractor is refused access to the project , that the project is deemed to be acceptance as is. This is the scenario at he ********* residence. We consider this project closed
