  he is running a fraud trading service... he makes claims he is making money but hes not...he doesnt show his open positions, only the closed ones. so the closed positions show a profit but its not profitable. and when you q it he blaims it on you. its much easier to explain over the phone or in person.

  We appreciate the Better Business Bureau (BBB) bringing this matter to our attention. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to maintain transparency in our business practices. 
  The member in question has filed a complaint alleging fraud because we do not share our open trading positions publicly. We want to assure you and the member that this is not fraudulent activity. 

  Our open trading positions are a core component of our paid subscription service. Sharing this information publicly would essentially be giving away the value we provide to our paying subscribers. 
  

  We understand the member's desire for transparency. However, we believe our current model allows us to offer valuable insights to our subscribers while maintaining a competitive edge. 
  We are happy to provide the BBB with any information necessary to demonstrate our legitimacy, including our open positions, closed positions and details on our trading strategies. Unfortunately, as the member cancelled their subscription, they will not be able to access the open positions information that is part of the paid service. Their subscription access was lost effective 06/18/2024, as he requested a cancellation on 06/05/2024.  During his active subscription time, he had full access to all open and closed positions as a paying member for this subscription. In the attachment I provided, you can see where he requested the cancellation and the cancellation was completed. 

  Also, to add, this link below will show all of the trades that were made within the last 12 years that were also all shared with all members when they were actively opened, then closed. Then, 24 hours later, they show up on the closed public position page. This has been in the public eye since 2012.
