I ordered the product in September, 2022 and received it promptly. I did NOT subscribe. I received another box of the product in October, 2022 and immediately called the number identified on my phone. I told ******* I never subscribed and to refund my money. She emailed the next day to say subscription "is cancelled." My card was charged a second time..$159.88. I've had to cancel my credit card and filed a dispute on the charge. On May 16, 2021, I did an online order for KETO 500 Supplement, which was a big mistake. They charged my credit card for $279.77 with a money back guarantee for any returned bottles. I thought I had only ordered 3 bottles and they sent and charged me for 7. I returned 5 1/2 bottles on July 23, 2021. They indicated they didn't receive it so I emailed them the tracking number (************************ **) on August 27, 2021. They have been apologizing ever since saying they had technical difficulties with their refund processing system. My Cllient ID# is ********* I have sent continued requests for a refund on Aug 30, Sept 23 and again on Dec 11 demanding an immediate refund. Their "story" continues that due to issues they are experiencing with their refund processing system they cannot issue electronic refunds at this time. Is there anything you (or I) can do to get this money refunded to my credit card. The amount should be $219.75. Thank YouInitial Complaint

I ordered some diet supplements from this business. I received the order but they also shipped and charged me $198.70 twice(total of $397.40) for two orders of supplements that I did not order. I contacted them and told them about the error and they refunded me for the two orders sent in error. However, I had to return the two orders which they sent in error and for the return I had to use the USPS and was charged $21.20 twice(total of $42.40) to return the erroneous orders. I asked them to reimburse me for the shipping charges but they said they cannot return shipping charges. Since this was clearly an error on their part I do not feel I should have pay these charges. I understand that in their disclaimer it says that per the conditions of the order they will not refund shipping charges. However, since I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR THESE ITEMS, I feel this caveat does not apply.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from the subject company on Jan,1, 2022, for what I thought would be $39. Since there was no amount listed on the final statement, I immediately checked my credit card co. and found the charge to be $198. I immediately emailed the company and asked to have my order cancelled. They said no, and I had to receive it and keep it for a minimum of 60 days before I could ask for a return. I raised **** and they agreed to an immediate return. I sent it on Jan. 6, and USPS tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX says it was received on Jan 10. They are now telling me that their warehouse is not confirming the receipt, so no credit has been given. Today, Jan 31, I discovered that this company has made an unauthorized charge of $29.95 against my credit card. I have emails chains substantiating all communication with this company. I have since discovered that both the product and their advertising appear to be fraudulent. I want my money back. I wouod attach the email chains if I know how. Sorry.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/02/16) */ On February 5 I received a check in the mail in the amount of my returned purchase. I would have preferred a refund to my credit card, but the company said the attempted to refund to the card, but the refund was declined(???). The refund came after I filed complaints against them with several consumer agencies, including BBB. In my opinion, this company, due to their intransigeance and deceptive advertising, should definitely be on you watch list. Thank you for your assistance.Initial Complaint

I ordered 6 bottles of CBD gummies and decided not to use them,so I returned them on September 10,2021.There is a 60 day money back guarantee and I have yet to receive my refund.The latest e-mail I received was on November 24,2021 stating to allow 4-6 weeks for a refund check and it's been past the timely refund promise.The total refund I should receive is $240.83.Initial Complaint

I bought diet supplements from this company, then in July 2021 I returned 3 unopened bottles for a refund. I followed the instructions for the refund, and the bottles were received and signed for on 7/31/2021 by D E.. Since then I've been inquiring about the refund due, and their reply has been that the refund department has been having technical issues. I had bought 6 bottles of advanced Keto 1500, 1 bottle Keto. and 6 bottles of thermo burn to help me lose weight, they said it would take 3 months for it to stop working. My son and I were both taking it, it did not work, the offer was to return the product for a full refund if it did not work I returned 3 bottle of the advanced Keto and 3 bottles of the thermo burn, also the 1 bottle of Keto on July 6, 2021. I have made numerous calls to get my money refunded over the months to no avail, they keep making up excuses like, "it's being processed, it's on the way," etc. I am on disability and could really use that money. They I believe are another scam company, I do not know what else to do.Business response

I am not sure of the date of the transaction but, I did return the merchandise in the 90 day time period. I spoke to Olivia and set up the return process. She sent me the information via e-mail and I did everything exactly as stated. I returned the merchandise priority mail on 7/21/21 so there would be a receipt of when they accepted the package. The package was received in Las Vegas on 7/23/21. I did not receive the refund. I contacted the company on 8/27/21 and spoke to Nathan who is a floor supervisor and he sent me information to contact the financial team. I did that on 9/6/21 and I received an e-mail on 9/8/21 that they are experiencing technical difficulties with the refund system. I e-mailed them again on 10/4/21 requiring when I would get my refund and they got back to me on 10/6/21 and stated that their financial department is experiencing systematical issues. The total that is due to me is $150.00. My client ID number was ********.The tracking number for the package that was returned is ********************** There was also a charge for $29.95 on 6/29/21 that Olivia stated that she cancelled and did a refund to the card but that was never done either.
