      Purchased a pair of shoes from Peltz through Amazon. In the box was a red note,"Do not return to Amazon, take it to any store" Tried to return it to our local store and the manager refused. Great Customer service???

      Never received my order. I wish I read their reviews prior to ordering from this seller on Amazon, because if I had read all of the horrible reviews I would never even consider ordering from this company. Additionally, there was almost one or more reviews described either customer had not received their order, like me, or the wrong item was delivered.

      Shoes never arrived. Every time I called customer service, they told me the old story about Fedex being delayed. This company is a fraud.

After further investigation, this item was lost in transit and our team had to follow the lost package procedures to come to a resolution. I was able to do further research and at this time we have processed a full refund back to your original form of payment due to this carrier issue.       The refund was issued, but not because of your research, but was because I requested Paypal to look into it and opened a charge dispute. I have the money back and that is solved, but it's an uneasy feeling to know that you guys are still there with your fraudulent business practices.

      Received product 03/18/22 - dropped off at US Post Office 03-19. This return via Peltz using Fed Ex Economy is STILL IN TRANSIT 04-20-22. YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY ! A MONTH -that's 32 days later & still not delivered to Peltz return facility in Greenwood, IN. which, by the way, is 229 miles ( 4 hour drive from my home ). WOW !

      I wouldnt give a star at all!! Customer service is rude and still have not received a email confirming my order. I paid for 2 day shipping and it never shipped out so I called to see where it was at and they rudly said that there is a processing time. Buyers beware!!
