We had been searching nationally for a very interesting ************* ** for my wife, and found the perfect car at Tampa Bay Wholesale Cars, inc.! The entire experience could not have been better. The owners, ** and ****, were honest, helpful, and candid about all of their beautiful vehicles, all safely stored inside a building. Their low pricing is a benefit of not having a fancy building on a main road, and this low overhead is directly reflected in the great value they offer. We wanted to have the ******** checked by a local dealership, and they accommodated without hesitation, and not surprising, the vehicle checked out perfectly. The ** was exactly as they represented, and my wife is thrilled with the purchase! Honest, helpful, candid dealers are not all that common these days, unless you go to this place. From our test drive, communications, through purchase details, we could not be more pleased. We have alredy recommended this company to several friends, and when we need our next vehicle, will contact ** and **** first. An excellent experience!

On March 26th I was shopping for an SUV to replace our Jeep Grand Cherokee which we were selling. I found an Infinity ES35 SUV online that Tampa Bay Wholesale cars had for sale. The salesman named JJ said if I was interested, I should put a hold deposit on the car before I drove 123 miles to see it. I agreed that made sense as it is a 4 hour round trip. JJ made no mention of the deposit being non-refundable. We agreed I would come up two days later - Monday the 28th at 11am to view the car and test drive it as it was Saturday afternoon and the next day was Sunday and they are closed. There was no mention of the $500.00 deposit being non-refundable. If there had been I would have refused to continue and would have moved on to a different dealer. The next day or Sunday the 27th, my wife and I were out for a walk and saw the same model and similar year at our neighbors' home, I asked them if they minded me sitting in the driver seat as I was considering buying the same model. I am tall and struggled to get in and out of the car with the seat all the way back. I Immediately texted (7:33 am) and called to cancel the hold on the Infinity for the test drive. J.J. confirmed receipt of the text 2 minutes later. I have included the text string to confirm the conversation we had and the timing. He knew that the deal was off on the early morning after which was Sunday the 27th. There could be no loss for them to market and sell the car. There were 26 text messages back and forth with no mention of the deposit not being refundable., the deposit is not referenced in the "out the door price" in the text from 3-26-2022 at 11:47:56.
