I bought my home in 2022 its suppose to be my forever home when we closed there was minor things that needed to be addreess it going to be yr 11/07/2024 no one wants to help me i have called different numbers they dont answer my floors are lifting from kitchen,cabinets are scratch the flower bed was not filled we paid out of pocket i want to be be reimburst,Initial Complaint

We signed a contract with them back in June of 2020. It took MONTHS before anything started and finally, after an extremely long 1.5 years, they completed the work September 2021. After fully paying what our contract said, over $12K and getting a zero balance receipt and a final lien release payment- the project still hasn't been resolved with the county. We notified them well before the work was completed the permits were expired and we were told "it wasn't a problem". Now, the project is near completed, they have their money, and they keep saying "I'll handle it"'when working with the county to get the permits reissued and get a final inspection done. I'll handle it has now been 4 months and this is absolutely insane. All we want is for them to hold up their end of the bargain and work with Orange County to get the permits active again, get an inspector out, and hope to heck that everything passes.
