      rented a car 11/18/23 needed it for a longer period of time called customer service 11/26/23 to re book was informed the price per week was lowered since i rented it Thanksgiving week returned the car 12/9 and was informed there was no notes the rate was reduced had to pay the original rate called customer service 6 times explained circumstances that contacted the area manager each time finally received a call from area manager a month ago I returned the call he stated him would get right back to me he didn't called back at least another 6 times store agent side would contact area manager never received a call back

      I rented a car from enterprise 02/22/2023. The rate was fine although no paper work was shown to me. The gentleman walks me to the car. He tells me about an assurance for the car for only $100. I told him that I'm not purchasing this in a parking lot. He sais but EVERYBODY gets this. He kept pressuring me until I accepted. He never mentioned that that was per day.I never saw any paper work on this. This was more than the car rental cost per day. This is a poor practice.

      I rented a car from Enterprise on Oct. 17, 2022. I was told it would cost $45/day but my personal insurance covers 80%, so my share would be $9/day. I never asked for addition insurance since I am automatically covered by my insurance company, State Farm. I went outside to pick up the car and a man named ***** ask me to initial his tablet in several places which I did. He had never mentioned insurance. When I returned the car, on Oct. 24, a *************************** showed me the bill which had the extra insurance of $25/day. I told him I never asked for that. He said I initialed the tablet outside, but the person outside never said a word about the insurance he had tacked on unbeknown to me. I am 80 years old and this guy deliberately scammed me by including this insurance. There is a lot of consumer fraud in Florida with old people. I want the additional $200 charge to my Citi credit card refunded.The card # ends in ****.

      09/19/2022 I rented a Vehicle from Enterprise and was told due to my age I had to have young drivers insurance and would not be allowed to rent a vehicle legally without it. Was then charged $254 more due to this false claim.

      Enterprise Leasing Company of Florida, LLC has reviewed ***************** compliant and rental from 9/19/2022 and has decided to refund the full amount of the coverage for the entire 8 days of the renter. ***************** was satisfied with the resolution.

      I was involved in a car crash and my insurance provided a rental car from enterprise. I returned the car in January after getting my car back but enterprise claimed I returned it in April which resulted in them charging my credit card over four thousand dollars. I went to the corporate office to submit all documentations to prove that they made a mistake to refund me my money back. They said theyre investigating and will call me. No one ever called. When I call they never pick up. Im a resident and work long shifts everyday which prevents me from going there in person. I dont know what else to do.

      Our Area Manager has spoken with this customer and we will be refunding the customer the requested amount. It does seem the customer returned the vehicle on January 27th and she should not be held responsible for the additional rental days. Thank you!

      The area manager who spoke with me informed me that I should not have been charged for a car that was not in my possession and that I would be refunded the $4,431.29 charges on my credit cards. I was refunded $1,371.82. *** been trying to contact him to figure out what happened and so far no responses from him.
