I purchased 2 microphones from the company. The order # is ****. The delivery is through ***** The tracking number is **********************. The issue is the delivery info shows that it was delivered with a signature. I have security camera as proof that I was NOT home at that time and nobody at ******************************** received or signed for the package. I didnt receive the packages. The company didnt consider the evidences I provided and refuse to refund.Business response

We shipped through *** Government, ************* ************** with delivery/Signature required.
We have attached the federal document from **** showing signature and time of delivery/date as well.
Not only did we do all that but we expedited them from CA for this customer and then expedited them to them in ******, this "customer" has been very strange in communications with more than 50 total messages, emails and phone calls, Harassing our staff, and making up stories about our company, stating we lied, stating we stole, stating **** lied, stating everything was everyone else's fault but theirs. All which are false and provable by tracking the packages. We don't lie and we don't steal, we do the right thing every time.
