      Placed an order on August 1st. Was given a standard processing time of 8-14 business days. I emailed August 21st as it had been past the standard processing time to see when my order would be shipped as I leave for college in a few days which is out of state. 3 days later no response so I message her on instagram repeating my email, she asked if I wanted to change the address to the school instead which I declined because its my first year and I hadnt even started at this point yet so I had no clue how receiving mail worked there and didnt want to deal with any lost package issues which I explained to her. She asked me when do I leave for school which I let her know was the following Sunday and she said shell make sure it gets to me before then. She sent pre shipment info to **** that same day within 3 hours so I fully believed that I would receive my order by the given time frame. This never happened but I just ignored it and gave it some time. September 6th I follow up and ask she had shipped out my package at all and let her know that the tracking has said the same thing for the past 2 weeks. 3 days later she asks for the order number even though we have previous messages, I give her the order number and again another 3 days went by without a response. I send her a question mark referring back to my last message which is left on seen again and receive a email 20 minutes later saying that it should be shipped out later this week. This was September 12th. On September 30th I email back as I have still received nothing and asked again when will it be shipped out as it has now been 3 months since I placed my order and once again receive no response. October 2nd Im now fed up and message her social media asking to proceed with a refund which is to no surprise left on seen. The customer ****************** integrity is horrible. I dont recommend business with her at all. If you know your backed up on orders why continue promoting the same sale that got you here?

      The date of the transaction was 6/26/2024. I spent 28.24$ total. Because my item was handmade description was listed as it can take 8-14 days to make, and orders will be processed within 3-5 weeks due to high volume. But its been almost two months and I have received a tracking number but it states that the label has been printed but item has not been received by ***** I did contact the business owner earlier this week and she said it would be here Monday/ Tuesday. This was my third time contacting her about my order not being shipped. I had slight worries because the tracking isnt even working. I feel like this hasnt been seriously looked into, *** sent various different emails when it says to email for order inquires but I still have to end up messaging her through her Instagram account. She continues to tell me when I should receive my order, but still has been no updates to my tracking and I feel Im being continuously misled. On one occasion I was also spoken to rudely when asking about shipping which I still have record of.

      I purchased two pair of custom lash strips from 222prettylashco on April 14, 2024 for $65.59. Her website explains that processing times range from 3-5 weeks and shipping times range from 2-5 days. I emailed ********************* on May 24, 2024 about my order and received no response. Then, I emailed her on May 29, ***************************************** April because I needed them for my birthday celebration on June 8, 2024. I then received a response on June 2, 2024 stating that the lashes would be shipped on the following Monday (June 3, 2024) with expedited shipping and will be delivered by the end of the week. However, I had not received any shipping updates by Thursday (June 6, 2024). So, I disputed the $65.59 on (June 6, 2024) in the morning and around 1:20pm I received an email stating that my order was shipped. I waited almost two months for an order that I needed by June 8, 2024 and wont receive until June 10, 2024. Although, her policy states that orders will be processed within 3-5 weeks and shipped within 3-5 days, mine was not shipped on time. She is claiming that she will disapprove the dispute because the items have still been shipped, however, the date she shipped the items and the policy she has on her website are very contradicting and I no longer need the products.

      I am writing in response to the recent complaint from a customer who has previously placed four orders with us and provided positive reviews. 

      On this occasion, we experienced delays in shipping due to the high volume of orders and the handmade nature of our products. While we regret any inconvenience caused, it is important to note that the order in question has been delivered, albeit with a delay. 

      We have not received any communication from the customer regarding a desire to return the products or any issues with the items themselves. As such, we are unable to process a refund for products that have already been shipped and delivered. 

      All customers were notified of the potential delays via email and social media, and credits were provided as compensation for the inconvenience.
