i had the worst car buying experience when I attempted to purchase a vehicle through this dealership from start to finish. Made an online purchase, preparing to surprise my wife with a new vehicle and realized early in the process that I had made a mistake from the very beginning. You would think the communication would be spot on given the fact that this was a high dollar purchase. Was I ever wrong. Literally had to chase down the sales rep, who by the way NEVER even acknowledged the purchase or said Thank You. There was one individual who made an attempt to communicate and that even fell off at the end. Car was suppose to be delivered 2 days after the agreed upon purchase, didn't happen. The company that i was required to use to transport the vehicle to my home never delivered the vehicle. Making matters worse when the transaction was cancelled, the transportation company refused to return my ***** deposit. I was assured by the ** that my money would be returned and it wasn't. So now i'm having to *** them for my money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Review from Puya G

My vehicle has been in the hands of Porsche Broward County for now over 30 days I've heard zero details on the status of my vehicle. The technician has provided me next to nothing in information or service. You would expect different quality of service going directly to the dealership. Instead I get transferred from person to person each time I call.My service advisor, the service manager/supervisor AND the general manager are all out of the office.How does this business function and how to I get my Porsche vehicle back in my possession ASAP!!
