      I have been asking for a refund for a few months now and they keep refusing to reply to my many emails and online chats on their website. They wrote this in an email; Fri, Sep 1 at 8:14 a.m."Funky Rico Marketplace; you need to be very careful when you put on your nose its always on the lower part of the nose i will refund you thanks for shopping with us Funky rico team"

      Hello,

      We received an email from he client about the damaged good. and we've emailed him back to send us his order number - in order to refunded his payment we need to do it thorough shopify. we've been trying to find  his order .

      and we couldn't find it in the last 18 month ( usually we have up to 30 days to refunded any damaged goods) we mailed him a ck for the refunded amount. and we colsed the issue with him

      I am rejecting this response because, I am not calling Long Distance, this can be done through email and you can write a cheque or etransfer me the full refund for both pairs along with the taxes I had to pay. There is no "Order Form from store" or "Order Form" of any kind as I bought it from a local business and I Told You This in my very 1st email sent back in Aug/Sept 2023, in which I also sent you a photo of the receipt/s and that should have been good enough.

      Please stop stalling and stop trying to run this through my time limit so I don't get refunded. Please just do the right thing and send me my refund cheque in the amount I mentioned and let this be done.

      Please send Refund Cheque in the name of: *************** in the amount of $36.53 for the 2 pairs that broke after one use.

      We send a check with the credit to the client please close the file. 

      Aj was purchasing the item for a local pharmacy and was supposed to return the items to them. but we told him to keep it and we mailed him a check with the credit amount.

      Yes Funky Rico Inc. did send me a cheque FINALLY, and they are still trying to blame me and that is unacceptable.
      I want this complaint left up on BBB for others to see, so they know what to expect when dealing with this company.

SO WHY DID IT TAKE FUNKY RICO INC. TO FINALLY DO THE RIGHT THING? I'LL TELL YOU..... BECAUSE I STOOD UP FOR MY RIGHTS AND FOUGHT BACK TO THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ACTIONS TOWARDS ME!
