On October 25, 2023 I purchased a Studio Rig Attachment System- Red from AtmosRx.com. The order number is: i264292. When I received the order, I discovered that the Titanium ************ was not working. It was then I emailed their customer service and explained my problem. I didn't hear anything from them so I once again emailed their customer service. Still no answer. After sending 5 emails and 3 phone calls (which were never returned) I finally got an email response asking for the order number. I sent them the order number and that was the last thing I heard from them. Two weeks have gone by since sending the order number so once again I sent 2 more emails and one more call to customers service...all have gone unanswered.Business response

Upon reviewing the customer's account, we understand that there was a delay in our customer service due to company changes, including a change in location. During this transition, some emails were unfortunately lost among others, resulting in delayed responses.

AtmosNation truly operates as a government, with regard to customer service. Apparently, all concerns are equalized and lowered in value, with radical avoidance of any sort of conflict.The net result of this cynical worldview toward customer service is essentially the browbeating of customers until they conform to their wishes and control.It's abusive and wrong and AtmosNation needs to be called out on it.Business response

Upon reviewing the customer's account, it appears that we successfully resolved the issue by replacing 2 defective batteries free of charge and covering the shipping costs for the replacement devices. This action was taken shortly after the customer reported the defect.
We acknowledge that the customer service representative the customer initially dealt with is no longer with our company. We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have experienced in this regard. Rest assured, we have addressed this issue internally to ensure a smoother customer service experience going forward.
