Last summer I entered into a contract with Viral Vamp whereas they would operate a professionally managed Amazon store in exchange for $15 thousand dollars and a percentage of the net profits. I was new to the opportunity and since they sold me on the promise of good faith efforts and their successful experiences. At first everything seemed to be going well then I started getting contacted by representatives at Amazon asking me questions about my business which I relayed to Viral Vamp. Viral Vamp told me not to say anything about how they were managing my store. They explicitly told me they were breaking Amazons rules and my account was eventually shut down. I have not been able to get the store back into operation. Viral Vamp did not address my concerns or answer my calls. After a few days they no longer took my calls. I am moving to engage a lawyer in ******* to file suit against Viral Vamp seeking a refund and punitive damages. In addition, I will be engaging the use of an investigating agency to find other victims through social media and legal subpoenas.

      Hi BBB,
We appreciate the opportunity to address the recent complaint filed against our company by ***********************************. After conducting a thorough investigation, also utilizing our attorney, we have determined that the claims made in the complaint are 100% inaccurate and untrue. We have attached evidence to this complaint. Our goal here is to have this complaint removed from our profil.

Upon reviewing our records, it has come to our attention that *********************************** 1) terminated our agreement (email attached) and has chosen to work with a competitor, which is an entirely different company. It seems there may be confusion surrounding the service provider involved in the matters described in the complaint. Not only did he terminate the contract, he went ahead and hired a different company and actually not only used their service, but starting working for them as well. As you can see the screenshot attachment, ************************** commented on OUR advertisements, saying he can provide the service for cheaper (screenshot attached)

Not only that, he is claiming in the complaint he paid $15,000 which is not true at all. We attached a screenshot of the contract with his initials, he was supposed to pay $5k first and $5k later but once again confusing us with our competitor that he voluntarily started to work for.

We want to emphasize that our company has not been engaged in the activities mentioned by **************************, and we believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the circumstances of their termination and subsequent collaboration with a competitor. We only attached an email stating we were not breaking "amazon rules" yet in the complaint above, he has told untrue statements once again.

We take pride in upholding the highest standards of service and integrity. Our commitment is to address any concerns accurately. There is ample evidence that *********************************** is still working with a different competitor of ours and trying to take us down using unfair tactics like leaving a BBB complaint.

If further information or documentation is needed to support our position, we are more than willing to cooperate fully in resolving this matter promptly.

Thank you for your attention to this issue, and we trust that the BBB will consider this response in its evaluation of the complaint and getting it removed.
