I recently submitted a warranty claim for an underwater LED light. **************** was handling my warranty claim and she was very polite and professional in our email chain. My existing sport s3116s light stopped working and the lense was fogged up with moisture. The existing light was under warranty within the 2 year timeframe and I followed the exact guidance given to trouble shoot and address the claim. I opted to pay the $275 which was 1/2 the cost of the new light knowing I would be reimbursed once I sent the old one back. I then received an email stating the claim was invalid due to water submersion of the cables which is ******************************************************* to pay the $275 for the remaining or the light when I sent in a claim for a broken light under warranty. I would have hoped the company would have reimbursed me for the payment of $275 for the light since I sent the old light back showing the current issues with the light as expected. I will not be paying the $275 as being requested and would like to be reimbursed the original $275 to make the claim full.
