In October 2022, I purchased a 2022 ****** Corolla Hybrid from AutoNation ****** - ***********, **. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that I must purchase the ToyoGuard Platinum package, which was an additional $699. I had no option to remove this package even though I preorder the vehicle months in advance, in June. This package includes additional oil changes, tire rotation, and any inspections on the vehicle. On November 29th, 2023 I went for service at Seminole ****** - *******, **. This maintenance as to include an oil change, filter change, tire rotation, and world class safety inspection. Before my car was serviced, I marked my tires as I had suspicions from a previous visit that a tire rotation was NOT done. After my car was serviced, I saw orange chalk marks on my tires indicating that a tire rotation was performed. I inspected my tires, and based on my markings that I did, I saw that a tire rotation in fact was NOT performed. After confronting the service manager, and pointing this out, they admitted to it, apologized, and even sent me an email confirming their actions. After speaking with multiple people, they all pointed that SouthEast ****** is the company that mandates this package.I have contacted ******, Auto Nation ******, and South East ******. I have also filed a complaint online. Weeks of back and forth, and nothing has been resolved. Only resolution I have received is to go and try a different ****** dealership. I want a refund of $699 for the package that I was told I must buy. I bought a package, and services which I have PAID for have not been performed.Initial Complaint

called ****** corporate and was told i could request my car be built in ***** being a ******. I don't have the faith ******* built ****** are reliable. I was told to inform ******************* about ordering from ***** and they refused i called southern ****** and they transferred me to customer service that said they let the car dealer do what ever they want even though they supply the dealershipBusiness response

************** contacted ****** about buying a ***** built Corolla back in April. He did not want the Southeast ****** accessory Toyoguard added to the vehicle at the processing center. ***********************, General Manager at ******************* stated they typically add Toyoguard because it extends the 2 year factory maintenance. However, he would be happy to help if ************** does not want ********* added. After speaking with **************, he found that the customer is interested in a Corolla Cross. The Corolla Cross is not built in *****. It is only built in ***********.
