On 10-18-2023, at around 4:12pm I placed an online order for $75.99 for delivery on www.subway.com. The order was cancelled a short while after being placed. I then proceeded to place another delivery order, at 4:47pm, for $81.57. This time, I received a call shortly after placing the order, notifying me that the store was out of stock of the majority of the products I ordered and they cancelled the first order for that reason, and will be cancelling the second order as well. Despite both orders being cancelled, the hold on my card was not taken off and turned into a charge. I waited 24 hours to see if the charge would be reversed, but it was not. I have called the store, as well as the delivery company to reconcile this issue but have been ignored or told nothing can be done on their end as they had cancelled both orders. I have reached out to corporate with no response. It has now been over 2 weeks and I am out $157.56 for two cancelled orders.
