Ellosvinieron por su cuenta a ofrecernos los paneles solares en el mes de septiembre el seor **************** y el seor *********************** representantes de la Academia Development Corp y en noviembre ellos nos proporcionaron un banco de California para que nos prestaran la cantidad de $36,000.00 para que pudieran ellos financiar los paneles solares y luego en Dic del ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************* FPL cobrarnos desde *** fecha como que no tuviramos instalados los paneles solares y hemos pagado casi $900 .00 dlares aproximadamente a las FPl por la energa elctrica que las FPL nos a suministrado a nuestro hogar ellos nos dijeron **************** y *********************** que no pagaramos nada durante tres aitos y les hablamos en distintas ocasiones y ellos no nos han atendido nuestros reclamos para que revisaran que estaba pasando con los paneles solares por qu no funcionaban necesitamos que nos ayuden mi esposa y yo somos retirados y con mucho sacrificio estamos pagando el mortgage y los servicios bsicos de agua y *** elctrica yo tengo 75 aos y mi esposa 70 aos y los dos somos ciudadanos Americanos y conocemos nuestros derechos queremos que nos devuelvan todo lo que hemos oagado desde el mes de febrero y arreglen los paneles solares para que funcionen mi preocupacin es que ellos nos mintieron por qu nos aseguraron que no bamos a pagar nada durante 3 aos lo cual es una mentira fueron falsas prom***s y luego que ellos no han querido arreglar el dao por el mal funcionamiento de los paneles por favor les pedimos nos ayuden lo ms ****** posible por favor muy amables por atender nuestra queja por favor esperamos se comuniquen con nosotros para que nos ayuden gracias .atentamente. *************************Business response

Queremos empezar disculpndonos sinceramente por la tarda respuesta a su queja * por los problemas que ha experimentado con los paneles solares que instalamos en su hogar. Entendemos que pagar $900 en recibos de *** es inaceptable, especialmente cuando esperaba ahorrar dinero con nuestra instalacin.
Lamentamos profundamente que nuestros paneles solares no estn funcionando correctamente * que esto le est causando inconvenientes. Queremos asegurarle que estamos comprometidos a hacer las cosas bien * a resolver este problema lo antes posible.
Queremos ofrecerle nuestras ms ******** disculpas por la frustracin * el estrs que esto le ha causado. Estamos dispuestos a correr con todos los gastos de los $900 que ha pagado en recibos de *** * vamos a enviar a nuestros tcnicos a arreglar los paneles solares de inmediato.
Pronto nos comunicaremos con usted para coordinar la visita de nuestros tcnicos * asegurarnos de que todo est funcionando correctamente. Nuestro objetivo es su satisfaccin * queremos asegurarnos de que est satisfecho con nuestro trabajo.

Hello,
We were able to speak with ***************************, where then issue was that the father who lives in the ********************* engaged in Solar Services, having the same name as the son, it was not easy to determine who was the owner of the house.
As soon as we understood, that the actual owner, *************************** didnt wanted to proceed. We canceled the project and absorbed the costs and efforts this far.
we have deemed this issue resolved, please advise of there is anything else on our end.

I am rejecting this response because: I provided the documents that were attached to Academia response. We are looking for the a copy of the application submitted to Academia by my father *********************************** and his wife ******************************************. We are trying to keep this issue internally. The response provided does not address or provide the document requested.Thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because: We have not received the application submitted to Academia to initiate solar panels project/work. On 17 AUG 23, ******************** and I spoke via telephone, and stated said application was forthcoming. This matter will not be closed until application is received.
