I purchased flowers through BJs ************** for Mother's Day, they use Inbloom Group as their floral arrangement process. They never delivered on Saturday the 13th of May or any other day after that, and now they do not want reimbursement me for the $227.01 that I paid through my Chase account, they say they have to think about it and see how the flowers look with photos, of flowers that never arrived. This company are a bunch of con artist, to say the least!Business response

Good morning
This order#********* was placed by ************************* through BJ's website on May 10th. On BJ's website, it is clearly stated that the items estimated delivery date is 7 to 10 days (upon placing the order). In the attachment provided, BJ's website specifications, is the actual customers view of the posted estimated delivery date. In addition, an email was sent to **************** on May 10th, by our company, confirming the scheduled delivery date and giving the option to cancel or request a change of date. The copy of the email is attached as well, highlighting the date sent and the customers email address. We never received a reponse from ****************, therefore, the order was processed accordingly and the items are now scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, May 17th (as advised in the email) with the following tracking information: ***** : 645246459892, ************, ************. Delivery is exactly 7 days after placing the order.
A refund is not approved as we processed the order as indicated on the website and reached out to the customer confirming the delivery date.
We kindly request that you review this information.
