      This company will not respond/verify if you try to cancel a subscription. I started a "free trial" shipping only. I received my product, it was not good (I got one use of it) and tried to cancel within days of receiving it. I have sent emails, chats (screen shots), tried calling a bogus number they give and no response. (I can verify all of this). This went on for four months. Now they will not refund my money and are making me pay to return the product, which I never wanted. I hope they are stopped and no one else falls victim to this company

      They charged me 5 quantities of a product and sent me one. Instead of apologizing they sent me this condescending email below telling me I was too impatient.They have no phone number online to reach them and their website and instagram only had AI to interact with. Our response time is within ***** hours. The missing products were shipped to you yesterday. Please see the attached tracking number.We also noticed that you barely waited for our response before opening a chargeback with your bank. Rest assured, you will receive the products. This is your fifth order, and you know we are not a scam company.Listen , I dont care about your policy of ***** hours. I know I was charged over 200 dollars and sent something worth 50 dollars. Maybe your policy should be not to disrespect your customers and not be careless with their hard earned money.
