      This company offers one free stretch and then tries to sell you a program At various price points. I had the free stretch and was hoping that it would help my sciatica. So I agreed to one month of one visit a week for $220.00, and said IF it helped I may consider continuing. I then had 3 more stretches. With one left, I found it was not helping enough to justify the cost. I scheduled my last stretch and was going to discuss with ***. I never signed a contract or requested more stretches. The company charged my credit card a second $220.00. I called and told them I did not approve. At that point the charge was pending at my bank. I asked for the charge to be cancelled. I was told *** had to talk to Gen ***** The charge went through 3 days later and I called and requested a refund. Once again I got a run around. I called everyday and he would not respond to me anymore. My rent was due and this money was needed. I explained that. He told me ****, the manager had to approved and so I spoke to him. He said *** was the Manager. I called and emailed they sent me a computer generated page saying it had been refunded. I spoke to my bank. NO indication of a refund, so I called back. *** was very flippant, and said, well we refunded so I dont know what to tell you. I requested they check with their bank. No answer. I begged he give me the money. I never even took my last stretch so they could owe me for that as well. But all I wanted was the $220 refunded. They have caused me stress with my landlord, having to pay late. Not asking for the late fee. Just what they took on their own to charge my card. I offered to come by and get a check or cash. Once again was told we cant help you. I asked if they contacted their bank No answer. I dont want to go in person. The tone of voice and attitude they gave me would bring out my anger. So, i am asking for help from BBB. Next stop States Attorneys genersl. Please assist me in resolving this issue.Thank you, ***************************

      On November 30, 2022, ************************* signed up for a 3 month program.  ***** was informed that all plans we offer have a 3 month commitment.  She then signed the agreement, stating that she would make payments of $220.00 on that day, November 30th, 30 days later, on December 30th and her final payment would be paid on January 30th.  On or about December 30th,  ***** called us and stated she wanted to cancel because she was having financial difficulties.  She also requested a refund.  ***** consulting the regional manager, the cancelation was granted and a refund was issued.  A copy of the refund being issued has been attached.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have signed nothing but a release to be treated. I made it clear I could only try 1 mo to ***. My bank has not received a refund. No matter what they claim. 

      I did not even receive the full month. And requested the extra month they charged to be returned. It was not. Please tell me what legal recourse I have now. Will be happy to show you bank statements showing no refund.

      We at stretchzone have presented proof of refund to **************************  ************************* has not provided any documentation that supports her claim.  If she was able to provide any documentation from her bank, we would be willing in investigate further. Otherwise we have no other action that we can take at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They have now admitted that their bank is incompatible to mine and the refund did not go through. Im told they will cut a check, on Monday this  is Wednesday. I get the story they have not heard back from the general manager (she) the third general manager they have referenced.  ** told they will call me when they hear. Its been since Dec and Im trying hard not to lose my paitience.

      how can I get them to move on this?
