To start with we were over charged , paid ******** for 52 sq ft of granite. They told me I had to buy two slabs .two slabs is way more then 52 sq ft . They installed the first counter top which wasnt satisfactory, so they came out and after discussing the problem they replaced it .in the process of removing the top the damaged two of our brand new cabinets .made numerous calls and emails to get this resolved and I was told by. A person named ******* that I was being hostile in a email. The girl I dealt with was told not to talk or deal with me. Messages left I asked to talk to the owner ************ to get this resolved but he will not return my calls or emails . So we would like the cabinets fixed or replaced . Thank youBusiness response

Business response taken verbally by BBB:
Out of goodwill we purchased using our own money a new slab to cut a new countertop for them to satisfy their request. As the customer did not purchase the slab they are not entitled to the remaining piece. As the customer has treated ** poorly we refuse to do any further work for them, including the bathroom counters they wanted. This was not part of the original contract and as such we are within our right to refuse to do any additional work for this person. As for their cabinets, we were not notified after installing the new countertop that any cabinets were damaged and as it was not reported in a reasonable time after installation we are unable to determine if the damage was caused by our installation or by this complainant due to the time that has passed.
