This company has a Christmas light service where they custom cut and install annually. We normally use them for their primary service which is party inflatables, but they mentioned this service last year so we decided to use them since they seemed to be reputable. The initial installation was not great, but we worked through it. This year (2022) they were supposed to contact us after Thanksgiving to schedule a day to come out. We never heard from them so we reached out several times before we finally were able to set a date. On the day of installation they never called nor showed up. The problem is that we were told that they would store our lights in a temperature controlled environment to increase their lifespan, and that we would only need to pay for the labor each year of putting them up. These custom lights were over $1000 dollars, and now they will not answer and have refused to return the lights to us so that we can have someone else install them. On further investigation they dissolved their previous business, and registered under another name.
