On March 7th, 2023, I first started talking to Carman C************ from Better Family, Inc about placing an order. We had a lot of back and forth emails over the next couple of weeks. On March 21st, I ordered 48 units each of the ******** ******** ******** and paid via the ****** invoice that was sent (Invoice #**** shows all of this). Over the next week, I sent them the shipping labels for the products, but it was taking longer and longer for email responses. On March 30th, the 48 units of ******* were shipped as they should have been. None of the rest of the items were ever shipped. The last email I received was on March 30th. I have spent months emailing, calling and trying to contact the company any way I can to try to either get the product I paid for or get a refund for the product that was not sent and I have not gotten any response. I can not get ahold of anyone in the company, and I am out for both the product they did not send and the shipping I paid for that they never used to ship my product to me.
