I ship the vehicle from ******* ***** to ********* **********. It was picked up and ******* ***** and everything was fine they drove it up onto the trailer everything was hunky dory I was told it would be delivered in two or three days. It showed up six days later and the first words out of the driver's mouth where is your vehicle is inoperable we will have to winch it off the trailer. I asked the driver if the vehicle was running when they put it on the trailer he said yes it was so I asked him what happened between then and now that it doesn't run it won't start he said he didn't know. He then proceeded to wench my vehicle off the trailer, after it was off he said we'd have to push it up into the driveway to get it out of the street about halfway up the driveway the driver decided that was enough and stop pushing and said I need the rest of the shipping fees which I paid him. He then asked me to sign the bill of laden I asked if he had filled out the information about the vehicle not running he said he did and I signed it he said he had to go to the cab of his truck to get me a copy he would be right back. He then jumped into the cab of the truck and drove off without giving me a copy of the Bill of lading order receipt for the money I had paid him. I contacted ******************* and told them what happened and the customer service agent said that your vehicles are only starting when they put them on the trailer and take them off and the driver didn't notice any problems with the car when he drove right off the trailer, I said that he must not have heard me that we had to went to vehicle off the trailer. At what time your customer service agent said well your car is old maybe it had a battery problem and hung up on me. I've tried to contact them several times since with no response. The vehicle was running when they picked it up and not running when they dropped it off and now they're trying to claim it never happenedBusiness response

Customer bought the car from the internet without seeing the car, only in pictures. The Car is **** **** Ranchero not restored vehicle. If the there is a faulty wiring we don't have the knowledge to check it on pick. That the reason we are only responsible for the car body, so we can inspect the damage on pick up. during the transportation from ***** to ********** if one of the wire got disconnected it is not our fault and we can't control it it's an older car. So sorry from **** the he is a nice guy, But we did our gob perfectly.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
As it turns out Creative Rides Auto Transport was not the company I want you to report they were only the agent that hired ******************* who were the actual company that transported my vehicle it was ******************* driver that never gave me my bill of laden or receipt for payment and left without responding about why the vehicle wasn't running at time of delivery, I contacted their office and they didn't want to talk about it and wouldn't respond afterwards they were the company I wanted to report to you
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

On 6/6/22 Creative Rides Auto Transport, failed to abide my contract and did not pick vehicles up. The contract was completed 2 months ago and the company was supposed to pick vehicles up today, but made excuses and stated that would not be able to get my vehicles until I am out of state and no where near my vehicles. I want to demand them to pay the difference of another company I have to use to pick my vehicles up and transport them after there no show. The other transport company I hired on 6/6/22 will be charging me $1,600 for a short notice delivery to be scheduled on 6/8/22.Business response

The carrier driver got sick so he couldn't pick up her vehicles. I inform her the he can't pick up, but I a diffract carrier that could pick up that evening or in the morning. I ask her to leave the keys with a family member or a friend in the area and ****** refuse the idea. We didn't charge her credit card at all, So there is no refund. ***Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: *** is a lier! He never provided an alternative option for a pick up! I even call another company and was told that no one from his company even had a driver schedule for pick up. He told me that it wasnt his fault that he couldnt find another driver and that I needed to calm down, because it wasnt that serious.I had to cancel my flight, pay for extra couple of days in my apartment and find an alternate company to move both my vehicles!

I offer her to pick up her vehicle later that day or first thing in the morning by few hours and she refused. Apparently she called another company that told her lies in order to gain her business and charge her more money and she bought in to it. I gave her all the options in order to transports her cars and she refused probably because she signed with the other company and want us to pay the extra charge that the other company charged her. So will not pay on BAD DECISIONS by her.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: this auto company was booked 2 1/2 months in advance. Since this was a DOT service by a licensed broker, all of the bids are on a visible site for other brokers and independent contractors to view. *** lied multiple times stating there was a driver, then there wasnt a driver and that it was my fault that I wasnt flexible for waiting another day. He was previously told that I had a deadline of 6/6 and could not change that date, because I had flights for my family and I to move. After several hours of calling and *** being extremely rude and unprofessional, I had to cancel our flights, pay for additional days to stay in TN and find another transport company to pick up and deliver my vehicles! I would never recommend this company to anyone!Sincerely,

I gave the customer option in order to resolve the situation. She was frantic and refuse all the options. She didn't pay us anything on her credit card or by cash so there is no refund.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the company failed to met our contract obligations in getting both my vehicles to my final destination. The confirmed pick up was for 6/6/22 and no one ever showed up nor attempted to rectify the situation. This costed me additional fees for housing and finding another company to transport my vehicles last minutes to my final destination. This company is 100% responsible for all the additional money I lost due to their lack of communication and breach of contract to provide services to me.
