I bought a freezer and meat products from Carico International years ago back in 2017 to be exact. The accounts were a loan for the freezer and an account for the meat deliveries. There were two accounts and they were both paid off in 2018. I never used the services again and I called them and asked them to cancel the accounts as I was not using them anymore. I noticed on my credit report they listed the accounts as a credit card with a limit of $8500. I was told by the service rep that it was closed out and there was no balance. I expressed to them that the accounts were NEVER credit cards as I had no way of charging anything to any physical card and that I wanted it off my credit report as such. Now I see that they lowered the credit to $3500 on a CLOSED account that was NEVER a credit card . I have no way to access this credit or use it and never have since it was NEVER a credit card! Now my credit took a hit and lost points and my score dropped! How can a company do this? t is not right and false labeling of credit. This has been going on for years and the account was closed years ago!! Please help as this is affecting my credit scores and my ability to attain needed REAL credit for school and a new car and work on my home. I just want the accounts closed and labeled correctly on my credit reports as they were NEVER credit cards!!! I want my credit restored to the proper score it should be before their games tanked my scores because they refuse to properly report these accounts that were supposed to be closed years ago!! This has so far only been reported to Transunion but next will be Equifax and then my scores will tank even more!Initial Complaint

I bought a water system for this company back on March 2021,they installed on beginning of April,they put a water filter under my kitchen sink and been having liking problems about 3 times wich make my gabinet messed because of the water since a month ago they come and told me they will replace and I called the person who sold the to me and tell me that is coming but I havent hear for any of them for the last 3 weeks.The person that I sign the contract name is:*********************** phone:************ and the person that I make the payments name is **** phone:************.This last person is on:P.O BOX ************************************************* amount they financed was $5,807.26 from wich I been paying $180.00 every month,and am planning not to make any more payments,the last time that I called them it was water from my kitchen to my hallway and my wood floor is popping up,please help me solve this problem,and like I said I wont make any more payments until they fixed,but since is been a month already they dont have any plans to fixed or contact me.Thanks.
