On November 12, 2022 I was searching online for replacement parts for my business gyro machine. I came across the internet search to this company QUALITY GALORE in which it had what I was looking for. I made 2 purchases of: 1) 20 pieces of MVP Group - Axis Disc in the amount of $382.00 2) 20 pieces of MVP Group - Axis Skewer in the amount of $ ****** While I finalized the payment (Maybe due to a glitch) the total amount from the online basket purchase changed to a lower prize. A day or two went by....I received an email from a company representative stating that the prize paid increased and whether I wanted to accept the new total or if I wanted to cancel the orders. So, I called the the person I had received the email from and told her "I am interested in received the order placed and keep it at the same amount I paid for. The lady representative got arrogant to the point she hung up the phone call. I then called the customer service number and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was not available so then I left a message. A day or two went by, I received another email form the same lady representative saying the my order was approved for the amount of money I paid for. I replied back in which I thanked her. Since then, I have not received my products. I must have left about 20 voice messages at ************** and 1 written email at ****************************************** All attempts went to deaf ears.I am writing this complaint for you to be aware of this business practices> My desired resolution is to ship the orders I have placed thru their website.Business response

We apologize for the miscommunication we outsourced all communication to a call center it appears this was a huge error onour end. We will work on fulfilling this order asap. We have already reached out to you regarding this,Customer response

On December 6 or 7, 2021, I was on Quality Galore LLC website, they had a Kegco *********** 20" black kegerator listed for $419.99 with free shipping. I went to checkout and there was $112.74 charge for shipping. I emailed their customer service and told them about the frees shipping. Bottom line she said they could knock the shipping to $99.00 and they would change the website. The website still shows free shipping but they raised the price to $619.99 I got a call yesterday and she wanted to know why I didn't go through with the purchase. In a nice manner I explained the free shipping on the website and wouldn't buy it like that. This is the same person I was emailing. She hung up on me. Ultimately I would like the kegerator at the posted $419.99 and free shipping. I also want people aware of the shady operationBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/10) */ Hello ******* *****, we are facing major supply chain issues and freight issues, raising supply costs with the manufacturers and the distributors and we are constantly (literally every day restructoring the way we do business. Actually kegco raised there prices as we indicated on our terms and conditions during december and we have to sell at the $419.99 as the cost for this item is ar more than that. We have to raise our prices in december and january as well with some manufacturers cost as much as 20% more than what they are now. This is a industry standard. Please find our terms and conditions and COVID19 . Ive also heard the phone call that is recorded i see you called yesterday as well and it does appear the call got dropped or there was a break in connection. I understand that this is frustrating because you wanted an eplanation to pricing. However as clearly stated on our website prices change dramatically. Thanks for the response. A few things...when you run an ad, you should live by it. The phone call after the dropped call, as you say, was a few minutes after the first one. I left a message. You talked about raising prices 20%, you went from $419.99 to $619.99, I'm not a math major but that would around 45%. Now you offer to me for $570.00, even with the original price and $112.00 shipping, I could have gotten it for $532.00. Thanks for the deal, but I went elsewhere. As far as I am concerned, this is over. Thank you to the BBB for handling this.
