This company is as nonresponsive as it can get. I think this is putting patients in serious jeopardy that need oxygen due to IPF.Have sent multiple emails, several calls, and am now seeking contact with the Office of the Inspector General that oversees these operations.Review from Noelle W

I am an ild patient on a cpap and oxygen since 2019. This company. Fort Myers oxygen, adapt health. aero care or whatever it's called now sucks! No one answers the phone and when they do you get transfered to at least 5 different people. I tried to order my portable tank delivery since last Wednesday. Apparently, they have a block on my from getting my equipment to basically stay alive. This is illegal! You say you can't get a hold of my doctor when I see her every three months and I know she send you the info you need. Why am I getting a huge bill when nothing has changed in 4 years? Of course they are not opened on the weekends. You promise my delivery. Will I get it Monday? I have to call again then. If I end up in the hospital, I am going to sue.Review from Anne C

I am a patient with Pulmonary Fibrosis who has been on and off of oxygen. To qualify for oxygen, I need to do an overnight oxygen study. Fort Myers Oxygen has a policy of never returning phone calls and generally providing poor service to Oxygen patients. Days and weeks pass with no resolution of issues. Unfortunately the federal government has created a model that provides no incentive for good customer service. As I sit on hold for 37 minutes on my 4th phone call, simply to get the testing equipment ordered by my physician and approved by my insurance, delivered to me. Nine days waiting...totally unacceptable.
