Wish I had checked BBB before ordering anything from these guys. They clearly delete negative reviews and questions on their site. I ordered a Noble STi OE style wing from them for my 2023 WRX. Just found out through another review here they also own Noble (go figure). But the instructions that came with it were abysmal. After installing the wing according to the company's video instructions on ******** the outer edges of the wing base still had a gap from the body of the trunk lid. I tried some fixes to hold it down, but ultimately had to take it to a body shop and pony up $500 to get their help.I was dissatisfied with the product's install instructions, poor fitment, and lousy mounting hardware, so I left a review on the site warning other potential buyers. To my surprise, months later, I checked and the review was not visible on the site. When I attempted to re-submit my review, I got a message saying I had already reviewed the item. They obviously screen or delete negative reviews and will block you from submitting further reviews on an item you are dissatisfied with. This is made more nefarious by the fact they also own the Noble brand.Business response

We apologize if the video or written instructions provided with the product were unclear in any way. We do recommend this product is professionally installed because it requires drilling into your car and permanently modifying it. Based on your review, it sounds like you ultimately did take this to a shop for professional installation and the product is working as it is intended to work. I did check our support system, and we did not receive any tickets for help with installation, so I wanted to apologize if you had reached out and we missed any correspondence from you. I was asking about a simple return policy issue when I received the response back it was all information I did not ask about. The company person was just not helpful and each email got worse as I responded accordingly. I cancelled all my orders and received an email from them claiming I was verbally abusing their employee? It was emails. They claim they are a small company and do not have big company rules. Im Confused over this entire thing, from me just in disagreement with their return policy, which is rediculous by the way. I would steer far away from this company. they get a Zero for customer service. I just wanted to return a lousy product which they seem to not want to take any responsibility to take care of. It was a lousy $38.00 item. I guess this company is a, "You hurt my feelings" company and cry Foul when someone complains. In reading the other complaints the Company always seems to have an answer in their favor and the heck with the customer complaints. What a Joke.Business response

Bought the best rated clutch at $500 off this website, not knowing that you have the chance of the manufactuer using after market parts. Went 7 whole months without a problem until finally 2 weeks ago the whole clutch blew ** in a million pieces which affected parts in the transmission that are also currently being fixed. The phone number they have on their website brings you to 2 options need help with an order or finding parts or need help with a previous order Well no matter which option you click you're brought to a voicemail box in which not a single soul calls you back no matter how many voicemails you leave. If you email them, you don't even get a confirmation or a time line on which somone MAY call you back. And they specifically tell you on their website that they're willing to help get in contact with the manufactuer if something goes wrong. HA! So far we are down $1800 for in the initial clutch installation and clutch from this place and another $3500 for another clutch and whatever was affected by the clutch when it blew into pieces. And that's to be determined since the more they pull out the more things fall apart. If someone does not reach out we will be taking legal action for the negligence of both companys. Please make sure they add a warning that a good chunk of their parts are most likely after market so EVERYONE stays away.Business response

I checked our system and do see that you emailed ** yesterday at 1:46PM and a member from our support team emailed you back at 2:23PM. They requested your order information so that they could assist you. As mentioned in the email, no orders come ** in our system under either name or email you've supplied and you were unable to provide an order number. I think there is a good chance you are contacting the wrong company.

On August 24th I purchased a hood scoop for my 2022 WRX based on a ******** ad from ***************************************, ***************** ALSO owns NOBLE PERFORMANCE which is the brand of product. It was shipped with zero instructions and only a handful of screws. It was installed on the car. The car was driven 3 times and received 7 spots of paint damage down to the bare metal on a BRAND NEW CAR!! I went to 2 local body shops and got estimates between $875-900. They offered me "$50" back "for my troubles"...unacceptable. They need to use their business insurance and pay for the damage to my vehicle based on their inferior product that is ******************* not sent with any instructions and is overall a knock off/low quality. I've also filed with the attorney general in ******* and Consumer Protection and I implore others to do so. I have pictures of the damage and when I posted about my issue in ****'s ******** group other people came forward with the same issue. He kicked me out of the group because he's not person of integrity which is laughable since the brand is named "Noble"....they are anything but. I am seeking for them to reimburse me for the damage on my vehicle and I want this to serve as a warning to others. Had I seen that this company has an F rating here or pictures of damage I would have never purchased this terrible "noble bulge style hood scoop". I even have a picture of **** admitting in another ************ that there is an issue if you need to see that.Initial Complaint

On October 30th, 2022, I made a purchase from Import Image Racing, of $572.64. This sum was for some oil, oil filters, magnetic oil drain plug, NGK One Step Colder spark plugs, and the more costly item being some ************************ coil packs which list on their site for $390.00. After receiving everything in a timely manner I was super amped and wanted to get the coils installed as they were suggested from a friend mechanic. I planned a Monday evening after work for the removal of the old packs and plugs and installation of the new ones. Albeit, the process ended up taking a bit longer than planned because of the location of the plugs and accessibility being minimal, it still was a fairly smooth cut and dry process. Making sure to both keep everything clean as I went as well as checking continuity and overall condition of electrical connectors in the process, I was confident everything went well. Only to find when firing the engine that a cylinder was misfiring. I then spent the remainder of the nights outside of work that week troubleshooting everything possible and trying multiple combinations of plugs, coils and cylinders just to find that the misfire was not specific to a particular pack or cylinder. After devoting all of my free time that week to these coil packs as well as getting rides or taking Ubers to and from work, I finally had to resort to putting the stock coils back in the vehicle and basically calling it a loss. I emailed the company asking for a refund to be meet with an offer to have a replacement coil pack sent out. At this point I already didnt want to waste more time with these **** things and just said I didnt really want that and wasnt sure how to move forward. I never received a response to this and after weeks went by and attempting the install again with the same outcome I reached out again to be met with the request for video footage or proof of troubleshooting methods. Talk about a absolutely horrible company. Ordered a few things for my sti. Shipped fast with great INITAL customer service. Once they got the sale they disappeared. I ordered a complete fog light kit since my sti didn't come with any. The glass olm housing were described as a complete kit with both wiring and a new switch bezel. Sounded great and exactly what I needed so obviously I ordered it. When all my orders finally came in the olm fog kit simply had just the glass housings, a plastic mount to put them into the bezels and cheap power/ground wires. The webpage clearly states what it comes with and when questioned it turned into days of let me contact the distributor. They only fixed the description of the item when I told them to simply change it so they don't run into this issue again. I was offered a $30 refund to buy the harness and switch separately, welp the harness alone is $70. So instead of gaining thousands more in sales simply from me, I'll make sure to go out of my way to warn anyone else about what a terrible company they are. Mistakes happen, but how you fix them and utilize(or don't in this case) you customer service is what separates a mediocre company from a great company. I wouldn't buy a oil drain plug crush washer from these clowns.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part from this business and they deducted the money from my account Since then, they gave not refunded me or shipped the part. This is unacceptable
