I bought a new 2024 Audi SQ8 and traded in my 2023 Audi Q8 to do the purchase. I paid them $60,000 cash and financed $40,000 to complete the transaction. I repeatedly asked what my payments would be for the loan with the finance ****** constantly avoiding my question. She was only concerned with me signing documents. After everything was signed she finally disclosed the payment and interest amount. I asked why so much but she avoided answering the question. Today I received the loan papers from the loan company to my surprise she raised the loan to $56,522. This was not what we originally agreed to and at this point I m not shore how to proceed. I called to speak to her but was told she is not in yet but she would call me when she gets in. I have not received a call back.Business response

Good morning,
I have spoken with **************** and apologized for any misunderstanding. He is a very nice man and a good customer. He has been into the store and went through documents with one of my Finance Managers. We offered to cancel anything he did not want. I believe in the end we cut him a check for $1,995 and he was ok with the result.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Once you've made the payment, you will never be able to contact their manager or salespeople againespecially ********************* and ***********************. I have been asking them for my vehicle's registration and license plate information, but they simply do not respond and have a terrible attitude, completely different from before I made the payment. My temporary license plate has already expired, but they have not provided me with a new one. I would never recommend this place to friends for purchasing or servicing a car. They are the worst car salespeople I have ever encountered!Business response

Thank you for the call. We just overnighted them their real plates yesterday according to my accounting office. It was an out of state deal so the registration can take 3 or 4 months to complete. We had sent them a dealer plate in the interim so they could use their car.Initial Complaint

***** DE FINANCE OFFICER SOLD ME A FAKE PAINT WARRANTY ON OCTOBER 25, 2023 . CALLED **********.. I TOOK THE *** TO GERBER BODY SHOP IN ****** ** AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND THEY INSPECTED THE PAINT AND TOLD ME THE DEALER DID NOT APPLIED ANY PAINT PROTECTION PRODUCT. EARLY IN THE MORNING OCTOBER 26 2023. I WENT TO THE DEALER AND CANCEL THE PAINT PROTECTION WARRANTY , SERVICE WARRANTY AND SONCIO VEHICLE PROTECTION WARRANTY. A MONTH LATER I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL MAKE SURE I GET THE MONEY SOON. . I BEEN TRYING TO GET THE REFUND FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS WITH NO SUCCESS. I CONTACTED SONCIO VEHICLE PROTECTION ON OCTOBER 25 , 2023 WHICH IS ONE OF THE WARRANTIES. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DEALER NEVER CONTACTED THEM TO CANCEL THE WARRANTY . SO THET WHEN AHEAD AND A CACLE TO THE WARRANTY AT MY REQUEST. I ALSO CONTACTED AUDI *** CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ************** TO GET HELP COLLECTING THE REFUND MONEY. THET CALL THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY TO GET THE DEALER TO REFUND MY MONEY AND THE DEALER IGNORE THE SITUATION.Business response

A refund check was sent for the full amount of the *********** on Friday the 1st of December to Space ******************* They should receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and the credit should be posted to the loan either late this week or early next week by the Bank.

Their finance staff disregarded my emails and sent them to their salespeople instead of answering me - I was contacted by salespeople to see if I wanted to buy another car. I was told to contact them when we would sell the A6 to prorate any protections I had bought and now they are not answering any communications.Business response

Good afternoon,
On October 11th 2023 we emailed cancellation forms that we needed signed in order to process any refund for canceled products. We just resent the forms today after the phone disconnected when we called and said we were calling from Audi Fort Myers. If we receive the signed forms back we can process the refund for any products that can be canceled.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They needed me to submit a report to BBB to finally answer me as you can see by the date they have sent me a reply (same as date I filed with BBB).

Purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 with 72k miles in July 2022, have had for 3 months havent even put 600 miles on it. Car no longer runs, Audi said we have no warranty, no return policy. We cant afford to pay outrageous repair bills for a used car we just purchased. Car sits in the garage and is a grocery getter for my wife who stays home with our two children. Wed like for them to repair the car or take it back and give us a refund, this is pretty shaded for the car to last only a few short months. Its very strange for the car to stop working after only a few hundred miles of travel around town. They sold us a vehicle and it doesnt work and were paying quite a bit more than blue book value for it. Had I known wed be purchasing a car that wouldnt make it 3 months we would have never purchased from this dealership.Business response

This response was taken verbally by BBB:
The consumer brought the vehicle to us on 10/14/22 for repairs. We reviewed and approved to provide $500 towards repair of the vehicle as a goodwill gesture. Repairs have been completed and vehicle back with the consumer. We believe all is now resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: We had to pay to have the vehicle towed to Audi, then after diagnosis they quoted us $2387.00 to repair the car we hadnt even put 200 miles on in less than 90 days. We then asked if there was anything they could do to lower the price, after a day or so he got back to us and said they could do $1650.00. Keep in mind this is a vehicle we purchased less than 90 days before at the time and had put less than 500 miles on it. We shouldnt have had to pay to repair anything. We traded our car in and put down cash to purchase the vehicle, we shouldnt have had to pay to have it repaired less than 500 miles later. Im pretty sure just about anyone would feel cheated in this situation.
