Starting with the first visit from ************************* to the completion of the job by their crew, everything was as smooth as butter. Allstate Construction Roofing replaced our roof after Hurricane ***. The process from start to finish was seamless starting with the first time we spoke with our sales rep and every step along the way. I can't say enough on how much the communication from the sales rep and the office was appreciated in such a difficult time. The crew that tore off and installed our new roof was clean and efficient in the process, we just got to sit back and watch it all happen. Having a company and it's representatives be able to settle our minds after such an event was truly the relieve we needed in that moment.Thank you Allstate for providing such great service and understanding to us when it was most needed.

Recently my sisters house sustained damage from Hurricane ***, like many the roof tiles were damaged and had to be replaced. Working with ********************************* and Allstate Roofers out of ***************, the roof repair has been started! The first day, we counted 11 crew members on the roof removing the cement tiles! The crew worked 11 hours the first day and completed the tear off by mid second day. I saw one of the crew walking around the yard with a rake that had a masonry attached picking up debris! We were very impressed at the hard work and stick to it attitude. The crew made sure the job was completed in a timely fashion. There was a total of 2 dumpsters that were filled twice each. Both were in the driveway and removed when tear off was completed. The next steps are to attach new tiles when they arrive and new gutters. For now in less than 2 days the tar paper, or what we call Ice shield in the Midwest is attached and the roof should be water resistant. Thanks to Allstate Roofers for what has been a good experience.

What an AWFUL roofing company! Buyers beware!! My experience with this company was very regrettable. After much research I chose Allstate to complete my complete tear off and install new roof. I knew the roof was old as I purchased the house 10 years prior, my insurance wanted it replaced or my property insurance would be cancelled. This information was passed on to Allstate Construction. The inspection was performed and an estimate was given along with an explanation of many wood would need replacing and the cost of each piece of plywood and other items. I signed the contract as this was agreeable to me. Other items on the contract was concerning to me but was assured “that never happens,” I wouldn’t be charged for canceling if major changes needed to be made to the roof. Time came for the install. When the workers arrived I got a call from Allstate that I needed a structural engineer to examine the roof and do their report before they could proceed. I called the engineer which was suggested by Allstate Construction; the engineer answered the call and told me $2500 for the report. I told him ok, e-mail me the invoice so I can have a paper trail. I never got an invoice nor could I reach him again. I finally found another structural engineer on BBB site which was cheaper. He was confused as why I needed an engineer report as I wasn’t adding or changing the structure. He did the report and It was submitted. The date passed for installing the roof therefore my insurance was cancelled. It took me about 3 months to find an engineer. I should’ve been told they needed a structural engineer when they estimated the job therefore I fired them. They wanted to keep my deposit of 5,575.00 but I stood my ground and got my son involved. I walked away with a loss of $2,363.53 in total of my hard earned money but hired a stellar roofing company. I also got a gag order letter (threatening) with small refund of MY MONEY. This is a honest review.

Over all installation of the roofing materials was done well. I would say the install crew is top notch. However, The tear off crew had to remove some siding on 3 gables and had no clue what they were doing. Broke one piece and their supervisor had the gull to lie to my face saying it was and old break. Have Pics dummy. On a second and third gable, one was not zipped back together and now is flopping in the wind. The other gable is decent. That is the one where while removing the shingles and the decking that needed to be replaced the guy stepped through the ceiling. If someone could explain to me why this company was real quick about fixing the ceiling but could just about have cared a less in replacing our siding? That they broke! Just a renter here. The owner settled for a box of siding that doesn't match the rest of our house and we have to install it. What a deal? I will never remove this review after the guy lied to my face!
