Brought my car in on 11/27/23. I brought my truck in because it was making a noise towards the middle/back right of the vehicle while turning/accelerating/starting. I also asked to get HID and or Xeon (white)lights in my vehicle. The business called me and told me to fix/upgrade EVERYTHING it’ll be 4300 dollars. They replaced the whole suspension system and said another reason for the noise was from a broken bolt on the skid plate. I picked up my car after all the work had been done and the very second I drove off the lot it was making noise. I had to leave for a Temporary deployment so I couldn’t bring it back in and called them and said that the problem was still happening, the person I spoke to on the phone said that the noise was coming from the exhaust or heat exchanger and that they assumed I did not want it fixed since I was spending so much money on the suspension replacement. I said that when I spoke to them over the phone the cost would cover everything especially the very reason I brought my car in for. I offered to pay for the part that it needed but I didn’t want to pay for the labor since I already paid for the labor and he said that was not possible I would have to pay for the labor. I return home and drive my car again after a couple weeks of being gone and when I turn on the lights for the first time they are not Xeon or HID they are halo lights. I go in person this time and explain the issue to the same employee, I asked to meet in the middle and pay for the headlights/ exhaust/HE part but not the labor since neither things I came in for were resolved. He said I would have to pay for the labor again and even if I pay for the parts. He also explained that they couldn’t put in the lights I wanted because it burn out because they need to do some stuff with the wires that’s not normal because the car is not fitted for HID or Xeon. I take my car to ********* and In 5 minutes they gave me Xeon bulbs and put them in without any wiring change.
