      WE PURCHASED A NEW HYUNDAI GENESIS FROM THIS HYUNDIA DEALERSHIP. THREE DAYS LATER THEY CALLED AND SAID WE HAD TO VOID THE CONTRACT THEY SIGNED WITH US BECAUSE THEY HAD DECIDED THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND WE MUST SIGN A NEW PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH AN ADDITIONAL $300.00 PER MONTH IF WE WANT TO KEEP THE CAR. WE MET WITH THEM AND THEY WERE ADIMENT AND VERY VOCAL THAT WE MUST MAKE UP FOR THEIR PRICING MISTAKE. THEY NEEDED TO MAKE MORE MONEY ON THE CAR!!!! AFTER THEY CAUSED MY WIFE TO COME TO TEARS SHE DECIDED WE SHOULD JUST LET THEM VOID OUR BINDING CONTRACT, TAKE BACK OUR DEPOSIT AND GIVE THE CAR BACK....... GOOD CAR BUT LOUSY, UNDERHANDED DEALERSHIP!!! AFTER OUR EXPERIENCE I FEEL ONLY A FOOL WOULD DEAL WITH HAMPTON AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IN FORT WALTON, FLORIDA!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

      Drove an hour out of my way to come to this location to get my recall and oil change done--scheduled it out 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told that they would have to order the part for my recall and then I could schedule to come back. Waited 2 hours to have my oil changed. The next day, there is a huge wet spot on my drive way- I was thinking maybe it was my AC so I didn't worry about it. Came home from work and the spot was still there and I noticed a burning small coming from my car. I popped the hood and there was oil all on the inside of my engine. Felt the spot and it was definitely oil. I called the next morning over and over again but could not get anyone on the phone. I finally called the Hyundai in Pensacola and thankfully they were able to get me in and fix the problem, the oil filter had not been tightened and I lost almost 4 quarts of oil in a matter of 2 days. I am lucky that I did not have any serious damage to my engine or that I had my daughter with me.
