I placed an order ocer two weeks ago and I am still going back and forth with the customer service repsthey lost my package and said they would keep an eye on it, then my item was out of stock, then they said they would ship priority and its still not shipped. I want my money back and they refuse to give it to me or ship me my itemsCustomer response

I ordered two watched from this company. When the watches shipped, the were defective and did not work at all.I contacted the company to ask what the issue was - they told me to send the watches back at my own expense so that they can fix them.I informed them that unless the postage for sending them is paid for, I will instead go about getting a refund.They told me they would provide me a prepaid ***** label, asked for my information, and told me someone else would be in contact with the label.Since then, two months have passed, and they have sent me nothing. I've followed up several times, and they have yet to send. I told them I wanted a refund - they are not willing to send it to me now.They sold me completely defective product and are perpetuating a scam.Business response

Good day!
I am writing about the complaint Mr. ********************* has submitted to you.
When he sent an email to our **************** Team about the watches, we have informed him we will process a refund for the watches he received. And for that, we are going to send a prepaid label so he can send back the watches to us and we can process the refund as soon as that is received at our warehouse. Which the customer agreed to.
However, we have encountered issues in creating the prepaid label and we needed the customers phone number to create one. Customer is unwilling to give the contact number saying it has been provided. But even in our system which I attached on this email, there was no phone number indicated.
We asked politely so we can go ahead and proceed with the creating of the prepaid label. But it was too late. Customer already submitted the complaint. It is our goal and mission to make sure we provide our customers a resolution they should get.
Please let me know if there are more information you need from us. We will continue to talk to ************** to resolve the issue at hand.
