I passionately hate this daycare and we are on the wait-list to attend a different one. My daughter is constantly coming home with bruises and busted lips. She has her arm covered in bite marks because he staff is careless. They took off her dress multiple and let her play in her under clothes and said they thought the dress that came past her knees was a sweater. ??? I could cry everyday I have to have to leave my baby with these people. Why am I paying you $1040 a month?

I trusted O2bkids to give them my credit card information when I registered my kid. I was charged massively without letting me know. I send kid there everyday and say hello with them every time, they never let me know they over charged me on the unattended stay when I left my kid in the classroom. they never told me that I should stay with the kid when they are in classroom. I think they should told me at least first time when they charge me this unattended stay. I never got their policy documents or any thing or bill about that they will charge me on this "unattended stay". I do not see other parents stay at o2bkids when their kids in the classroom either. Bottom line is they should letting me know in time when I was charged. They were not. they kept charge me until I get my credit bill.

My child attended o2b kids in oviedo. I could not find on here but through my research it's universally the same experience at ALL o2b locations. The management does not care about the teachers or the children. My son was hit/bitten by another child several times while on the playground. That child was then placed in my son's classroom (bc the child has issues of hitting/******* another student in his previous class). My son (3) now has a scar on his harm, that's how hard he was bitten! The violence continued and when I saw the other kid hit him as I was dropping him off I had enough and took him out of the class. The management brushed it off like it was nothing. She tried to make my son go into another class but couldn't guarantee that he would not interact with the other kid or get hit again. After several conversations with the staff more and more information came to light. My son's class did not have enough supervision for all the kids especially when there was an aggressive kid in the class who needed more attention. In my opinion o2b has failed to make sure my son was safe and also failed the other child who was doing the hitting. That child needed more attention and corrective strategies. Instead o2b was playing musical chairs just to pacify me and my "stubborness" when it came to my son's safety. Needless to say he was unenrolled. But another surprise, o2b still wants to charge me for 2 weeks of him not attending. I strongly recommend finding another childcare provider.
