On 11/3/2021 I emailed my respective TKE Elevator rep regarding outstanding elevator violations from February 2021. To date, both elevators at ****** ********** have expired licenses due to inaction on Thyssenkrupp's part. Both certificates were paid prior to the expiration with evidence to corroborate. I have been following up weekly regarding the violations and the rep has yet to provide me with any update or plan of action. The final email that I received was from the rep informing me that a technician would stop by to work on the violations. This was on 12/3/21 and I still have not received any updates nor have I seen a technician onsite. Furthermore, the elevator in one of our buildings consistently breaks down, and it takes my maintenance supervisor having to be persistent to have a technician come out and fix it. As of today, the elevator in building 4 has been down since yesterday morning. If we follow up later in the afternoon, they advise that they cannot come to the property without charging overtime, even though our calls are placed in the AM. The only reason I continue to work with this company is because I literally cannot use any other company to service the Thyssenkrupp elevators that we have on the property. All I am asking is that our elevator certificates be renewed.
