I visited this business in early February 2023 to have my brows done. I did not know that this was a tattoo procedure.The owner, ****** offered no exit information as to how to take care of my brows. I returned to her business several times and each time she would change the time I needed to wait before I would see improvement. First it was five days, which became 10 days, which became two weeks, now we’re into March. I went back again today and she refused to do anything to make my brows look better. Today, she would only refund the $40 tip. My brows look absolutely awful and have caused me considerable embarrassment as well as miss public contact. After making several trips, she started making excuses about my skin. I also believe that she told me a sad story about her personal life in order to gain sympathy and avoid a well-deserved refund. My desired resolution is a partial refund of $150.00 plus $40.00.
