05-03-22. The hair stylist I had was named **** I had scheduled to have my hair cut and had provided pictures of exactly what I had wanted. After my haircut I was extremely dissatisfied with how it came out and when I told the stylist it wasn’t what I expected, he asked me in what way, and I told them that it was different from what I thought it would end up looking like; it was pointed upwards and dry. Instead of acknowledging that it was cut differently than what I asked for, I was told that it was probably the new products I was using, despite me not having any issues with them. I was too distraught to discuss it any further after that interaction, so I just went home. I had my roommate go back on my beh**f because I was so dissatisfied with my haircut that I did not want to go out in public. He spoke to **f directly about my haircut. My roommate described the interaction as very unpleasant. **f seemed to be offended when my roommate brought up that I did not get the haircut I asked for, and even said they had cut my hair exactly like the picture I showed them. I did not get what I asked for at **l and will have to go to another s**on to get my hair done properly. I expect a full refund for the services **f provided. Attached below are photos of what I expected and what I had received.
