On May 18, 2022 I placed an on-line order with Carly's Customs for a purple Yeti wine tumbler to be engraved with the letters CTL for $40.00 which was paid for with my Citi Visa charge card. I have a confirmation email noting the order number as 1246. On May 27, May 29 and June 1 I sent follow-up emails to *************************** requesting the status of the order with no response. I did find the business on Facebook in which other customers have had the same issue.Business response

Hello,
I’m so sorry, we were locked out of this email for a while and I didn’t see the first email. The customer has been refunded and we updated our quantities because that item is no longer available.
