Order#********** Kitcheniva fitness pilates ring was ordered via **** department store on 4/27. I have not received it. **** instructed me to call Kircheniva or email and they gave me the contact information ************ or ********************************************** When I called on 6/1, they instructed to email for better service. I emailed 6/1, again on 6/8, called and left a message today and emailed a third time. Each time I asked for my order or a refund. I have never heard from them at all. **** should not be offering there products if they don't deliver them, offer a refund or even contact the customer.Business response

This company sent me the completely wrong treadmill order, I called them multiple times, they never answered, I emailed them multiple times, they never answered until I got another company involved. Now they have pushed back sending me a return label/ refund 2 times. I literally feel scammed by this company. They do business horribly and need to give me this label and my money backBusiness response

I purchased a wok set and the set was a final sale item. I was not made aware of this when I purchased the item or I would have not purchased it, **** was going to return the item but it was a third party item and I had to go through kitcheniva for the refund. I have sent them three emails and called once with no response. Im filling this suit because I dont think this is right, the it should have be marked finial sale clearly before I purchased it.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because: i paid using a bed bath beyond store credit. bed bath has closed, their cards are no longer accepted. there is no information on how Kitchenivia made the refund. to what did they refund to?? looks like a fake return receipt.

We have done our part to issue a refund. It is completely on bed bath and beyonds hands on how to issue it to you since you used gift card, I suggest contacting them.
there is nothing else we can do on our end we already removed and credited the amount back as shown on the screenshot.
