      I went in for services. I signed everything I was given a price . I was set up on a payment plan. I was supposed to go in for a final fitting , and I never got a call. I had to set up for a cleaning. The lady that originally set my prices for everything and print out, months after was no longer working there . so a week before I was to go for my cleaning I get a phone call that they could not see me because they said I wasn't charged for something . Now mind you I had already discussed this with the office manager and was told it was the last girls error, and they would have to do a "charge Off" . so now I get this new lady that says I was not charged and I gave her dates I have spoke to them. who I spoke too. I even have the paper stating I have a Zero balance!! This new lady said well we found the error now . Again almost a year went on everything signed. This was NOT my fault. they have since got rid of the past lady. This could be why she was let go. And this is not the customer fault. I do not know what the lady mean by a charge off, but I was told before I would not have to worry about this! and now has been turned over to collection for their own error! I am not made of money I went in for a service I have paid for my service but never did get All of my service. ! due to negligence on the office staff. Do not go here !!! even if you have services in writing and signed and have your bill stating Zero balance. That is why they got rid of the lady that set up everything . Be you need to be held responsible for ALL your employees, weather they are fired or still working there.

      This place is horrible! They convinced an 85 year old lady with extreme hearing issues to sign a paper to open a care credit account & charge her $7849 for dentures that she did not want nor need. When called to inquire, the response was “well she signed a paper”! No apology, just that it will take 30-45 days for credit to be issued back to care credit. This was elder abuse in every way!! Very upsetting to see a company taking advantage of an elderly person like this.

      I came in apparently later part of 2020 and into 2021..they offered me credit line which to my stupid fault accepted and thankfully almost 2yrs later have paid off. Point of the story is I paid more than 2000 for 3 teeth pulled and teeth cleaning and a partial that even tho it's called a emergency set meaning not permanent has NEVER fit my mouth. I made a appt last a week and told the nice young man my issue which is one the partial has never fit my mouth and the missing tooth in front of my mouth is starting to effect my self esteem. I came in one time about 2 or 3 months after for a teeth cleaning that was part of my hygiene plan and i mentioned not being able to wear the plate cause it didnt fit. A woman took it to another room supposedly to have adjusted but when she returned my mouth was numb from my dental work. I wanted the tooth removed originally gone for the tooth pain but the peice that sits on my gum lime is jagged and cut thru the plastic bag it's been in for apparently a year now. Now after driving all the way to another town I'm being told their is new office, people, doctor yada yada and would have to pay more money as if over 3000 I spent is not enough. I'm wearing a top plate that is almost 15 years old (I'm not rich and it ain't broke so why fix it)...and a woman is telling me well the lil thing you paid almost 1000 for was only meant to wear after ya got teeth pulled. I'm livid at this point and will continue to put reviews out on them and will send pics of this lil partial that can clearly see is defective. This place has definitely been the worse business to deal with and they will take ya money but once they have it..its on you
