BUYER BEWARE! I ordered my seamless gutters and down spout and had issues with the down spout. Not only do they advertise its all seamless, but I called for the warranty I have, because it was leaking in three areas. They refused to honor the warranty because i tried to put tape on it to reduce flooding untill they got here. Thier unscrupulous business tactics to decieve the customer into assuring years of a warranty is false. They will do anything to make an excuse to not honor the warranty. ***** the owner is never availble to talk. His wife instead takes his calls and is so rude, nasty and degrading. Her unprofessional behavior is only exposed after payment is received. Be careful with this one. She lies. I would absoultely advise you to go anywhere else but here for gutters.Review from Fernando P

Have a appointment between four and six call the office. They said they were gonna try to reach someone to give me an ETA 730. No phone calls no ETA. No nothing not real professional people. Guess I will keep some business.Review from Roy S

These guys are a bunch of clowns. Had an appointment scheduled with them on 6/8 between 11:30 and 12:30. They called at 11:38 to say they couldn't make it out, asked to reschedule for following week same time, and offered a discount off the estimate. I agreed.I called them on Wednesday to confirm. The guy I spoke with said he would confirm with dispatch/office and call me back. Never did. Noon on Thursday, nobody there yet so I called him again - got voice mail. Called the office - asked them if they were coming - lady said she would have the estimator call me with an ETA. 3 hours later, still no call and nobody showed up.Don't waste your time.Review from Carol D

My Gutter installation was completed on Jan, 15, 2022. Shortly thereafter I noticed gutter leaking in front of garage as well as cracked roof tiles that were not there prior to their installation. I just recently had my roof replaced. I contacted Gutter Masters on several occasions to repair gutter leak and cracked roof tiles. After several no call, no show scheduled appointments, they finally came unannounced to repair leaking gutter, but not the cracked roof tiles. I informed them that my next call would be to BBB. I was assured they'd contact me on Monday, February 14 to schedule roof tiles repair. Per usual, they did not contact me. Also, I've since noticed a gutter leak on back patio near sliding glass door. I've paid this company in full and I don't appreciate the poor customer service that I'm currently receiving from them.
