Leonard Air was contacted to address a cooling problem and service Water Source Heat Pump System on December 15, 2022. The technician serviced the unit in a rushed manner explained little on the work performed and was paid by check $220. In early 2023 Miami had a major cold front and the Water Source Heat Pump System was not heating. I contacted Leonard Air once again to address the problem. Same technician showed up, rushed the service a second time, explained that I would have to send an additional $300 - $500 beach the unit needed to be modified and that if I set the thermostat to heat it would shut the unit down for 5 minutes. Basically he stated I could not use the unit in heat mode. The tech then demanded payment for the service call. I replied when he first came in December to correct cooling and service the entire unit.In August 2023, the compressor was not cooling just like in December 2022. I contacted DoneRite and the technician stated the unit had not been serviced because the ***** line was clogged the compressor coils were never cleaned. Same tech serviced the entire unit; increased fan speed; stated the unit was in excellent condition, and lastly the thermostat originally installed was the wrong model for my package unit to operate in heat mode. l just needed to replace the thermostat with a later digital model.Initial Complaint

This company sent a plumber to my property that caused a water leak. all I want is for the owner to provide a copy of his insurance so I can put in a claim against his insurance to pay for the damages his plumber caused because his plumber did not see the emergency shut off valve to turn the water off when a pipe broke. the plumber simply ran out of the unit leaving water to flood the unit. all I want is this business to do the right thing and put in an insurance claim for the damages caused. thats all.
